This is a bidet for North America, as such the figments and instructions are designed for a non uk audience. There are strict rules as to what figments can be used in uk. My plumber who installed this for me had to modify the water flow fitment to a European standard fitting, after that was done I can say, it is one of the best products I have bought in a long time. Everyone was skeptical about having a bidet ON the toilet but now everyone want to only use the upstairs loo!. Works amazingly, has a clear dials and is so easy to use. Also has a nozzle cleaning function, which again is great, would definitely recommend this as it’s a great space saver too, has a very simplistic design and only takes 15 minutes to install.[via a plumber with new fittings].

Nice bidet

Easy to install although the toilet seat needed spaces underneath to raise it off the bowl. It is an American product but easily adapted for UK. Very reasonably priced and very effective in use. Very pleased with this attachment. Ideal for smaller bathrooms where there is no room to install a separate bidet. Brilliant little invention.

When I came to fit the Tee piece to the toilet system it does not fit to the 15mm uk fittings. This could be an issue if you don’t have some plumbing expertise. Once fitted the bidet worked really well. It’s a pity they don’t supply UK fitting as this would make the fitting much easier; or tell you how to resolve the issue.

Cannot speak highly enough about this item. Excellent value for money. Perfect for anyone, but very useful if you have any mobility/bad back issues.. We did have a couple of problems with the fitting but that was really our fault. (The fixings are U.S.) We put this in a small cloakroom toilet but if I was re-doing my bathroom I would definitely install another, but with the hot and cold fittings.

Washing has never been easier. No more rubbing it in with toilet paper, more like washing it off!

Great quality and works perfectly. Throw away the T valve supplied and buy the Kinetic 15mm x 15mm T valve from Bunnings.

Produkt na rynek US, podłączenie nie możliwe, ponieważ zawory i rurki sa różnej średnicy, niż te które mamy w domach. Przejściówki nie można dorwać.

Simplemente es genial, gastas mucho menos papel higiénico y te queda una sensación de limpieza mejor que con éste. Es fácil de instalar y queda perfecto en inodoros redondos (como en el que lo instalé). Las mangueras y la T son metálicas y vienen del tamaño adecuado para la tubería estándar de Guerrero, México (no sé de otras regiones). Su función de auto-limpieza de boquilla es genial, por si te preocupa que se pueda ensuciar por el uso rutinario. Esto lo diferencia de unos cuantos bidets más económicos que andan por aquí en Amazon. No puedo añadir mucho más de lo que ya han dicho otras opiniones, solo que si tienes duda por lo "costoso" (siempre es relativo) que pudiera parecer, te digo que vale pena.
