its rated for direct burial but we put it inside a pvc pipe as its 4 feet deep under a driveway,, its round not flat like a ribbon.Its not hooked up yet.

Excellent quality shielded Cat 7 cable. I am consistently getting speeds of 2.5 gbps over 80 ft length.

Cable arrived as advertised and was packaged in an orderly manner making installation a breeze. After installation, testing provide above what would be expected. Highly recommend this product and is a great value.

This is not giving CAT7 transfer speeds. I am getting Cat5 speed out of it. You get what you pay for I guess. I do not recommend this cable for use as CAT7. Please look at the picture below, the ports 7 and 8 are lit orange, that is because this cable is running 100meg, while the other ports on the switch are green running Gig speed using a different brand cable.

I purchased the Cat 7 Outdoor Ethernet Cable for my rv to connect a starlink. The build quality is solid – thick, durable jacket that’s clearly designed to handle weather, UV, and general outdoor conditions. You’ll want to use shielded RJ45 connectors for the best performance. That ensures a proper ground and helps maintain the shielding benefits against interference. Once I used the correct connectors, everything clicked into place perfectly.
