The best, the softest and the tastiest chapatis(flat bread) I have eaten in my life
The flour seems to be genuine Emmer(Khapli) due to the reddish brown color of the chapatis, But I want to say that this is exceptional quality whear, the taste is simply superb. I would recommend people try it out. I knew people growing this wheat in some hilly parts of western Maharashtra but mostly for their own consumption, Also the yeild is comparably lowewr than other wheat, Hence the higher price, So could not get access to it. While just browsing the net came across this option (there are others too) Hence gave it a try, Ordered another combo for my in laws. Thanks.

The product is good but received 2.5 months packets
Ordered khapli atta and Multigrain atta. The product quality itself is good. I received freshly packed atta in my last order. However this time I have received 2.5 and 1.5 months old atta and Multigrain atta. The shelf life itself is 6 months

Good. Makes soft rotis, Parathas. Good for diabetics.

Product Quality Degraded
I have been buying this product for a year now. For last 3 months they have degraded the quality altogether, and doesn't seem to be Khapli wheat at all, its normal wheat. Now its not reddish and chapatis are like they are made from Maida. They should focus on maintaining the quality, instead of initially selling good quality and then degrading it over time.
