Fantastic Bible! I have some $100-130 bibles of different translations, and this one is every bit as comfortable to read. The faux leather is comfortable and doesn’t feel cheap. The print is big and clear. The pages are nice and thick so there’s minimal show through of the words of the next page. And perhaps the best part is it naturally lies open and doesn’t try to close itself like many other cheaper bibles do. It’s also a perfect mid size/thin bible to bring to church or read in a lawn chair. Downsides…no cross references, no commentary, and very little room for any note taking. That being said if you added those things it would get more expensive and much bigger, so for the price point and size you really can’t beat the quality. I’m thinking about buying a few of these to have on hand to give to people.

Cover: The cover is a beautiful matte charcoal gray. Looks black online, but you can tell the difference in hand. It is sturdy and the indented design is perfect. It feels lightweight, but durable for the leatherette material Print: This font is easy to read with or without glasses. No strain involved. And for those that care (like I do) perfect spacing between lines for highlights or underlines. Pages are thin as usual so be careful of bleeding for gel highlighters. Now the review. I love, love, love this Bible. I scoured the internet to find one specifically this color, font size, version and price range and this met and exceeded my expectations. I took a picture next to my laptop so you could compare the colors. I am not close to the page so you can see how large the font size is from a distance. This also makes a great gift!

A wonderful translation that preserves the beauty of the King James Version of the Bible while presenting the Word of God in a way that many will might find to be easier to read and understand. I just added this translation to my “collection” of translations. I enjoy studying different translations of the Holy Scriptures to gain a broader understanding of God’s Word and applying it to my life.

This is my 3rd Bible since I began seeking to replace my old one. My old one had become too heavy and the print too small for me to enjoy holding and digging around in God's word. I tried twice replacing with lg print bibles. Sadly they had added to the # of pages since it was a lg print....too heavy. This slimline distributes the weight better and the "comfort" print is do-able. However, it will cause me to have to still really focus. I wear readers and even with a 2.5 it demands from me....but I am thankful I can hold and handle this bible without my wrist and hand tiring so quickly. I am going to keep this one. It is very bare bones as far as extra helps for research but that is the switch up and I'm glad to have this. Both the delivery and price were excellent so "I'm at home now." No, reading the word on line isnt an option for me....I need my bible in hand.

Great Bible, comfort print is great for seniors, light weight

More of a rubber feel cover than leather feel. Still for under $14.00 it's a good value. Red Letter edition, only one ribbon, strong easy to read large print. Great EDC (every day carry), basic Bible. God Bless and Keep You

Love it and the soft touch

I really like this Bible for carrying to Church and Bible study. I have study bibles that are I really like, but they are rather heavy and this is light and easy to read.
