I've been looking for a black floss for so long because it makes it easy to see any plaque/food that gets picked up. It makes sense because black floss will show what's in between your teeth better than white floss! I also have close contact teeth but this floss doesn't shred on me and fits in between my teeth comfortably. I also love that it has xylitol in it which also helps to prevent cavities. It's also an expanding floss but it doesn't expand too much which is perfect. I feel like it's actually cleaning the sides of my teeth well. I've gotten a few cavities in between teeth and this gives me peace of mind when I use it twice a day. Now I look forward to flossing and actually feel like I get everything out

I’m from the 70s where no one really showed you how to brush your teeth until second grade and even then no one really taught you how to floss correctly. I’ve been to the dentist a lot and I’m trying to keep the teeth, and I’ll do anything to prevent that hygienist from taking that scraper to the bottom front teeth that drives me up the wall to avoid that I floss my teeth every day and this is by far the best dental floss I’ve ever used in my life. I find it easier to floss my teeth in front of the mirror magnified you can really see all the stuff that get stuck in between your teeth and it’s reassuring to know the ingredients are helping to protect you from further cavities when I floss using this product, it says if I brush my teeth just by flossing it’s so refreshing. I still brush my teeth because I don’t like sitting in the dental chair and whatever I can do to prevent those check ups with the hygienist scraping tartar, or whatever on the bottom back teeth and she better not scrape this time because this is fabulous. I recommend it. It’s gentle and I highly recommend if you’re over 50 to turn your makeup light mirror on the magnified mode and then you’ll be shocked at all of the stuff the dental floss finds! teeth.

My dentist recommended this floss and using it has been a game changer. I have always flossed carefully using standard floss, and thought that it was effectively cleaning between my teeth. But this floss, is much thicker than standard floss and is also black which shows food particles much more clearly than standard white floss. It quickly revealed how much more flossing I need to do to get things really clean between my teeth. Using this floss leaves my mouth feeling super clean and minty fresh, and is in another league compared to regular floss.

Best floss I’ve ever used. Makes flossing easy, as I only have to put it between my teeth once and it is OFFENSIVE how much plaque it removes. Compared to coco floss, or any other expanding floss, it’s the best. Nothing else comes close. Only thing is, if you have teeth that are tightly together (I still have a baby tooth, so there’s a spot that’s tight and hard to get between, and I’ve had some fillings) it can shred a bit, and it may get stuck there. It’s not difficult you just have to go again and it’ll burst out. Pun intended. No but seriously it’s worth having teeth that really feel clean.

After my first use, I wrote a short review. Now I have used this floss a number of times. It is easy to grip, seems to clean well. The floss is black, so anything in removes that is light in color is easy to see. But that does not mean that lighter colored floss is less effective. Overall, I really like this floss. However, some of my teeth are very close together. Since this floss is thicker than what I usually use, and it expands between teeth, I am unable to use it effectively for all my teeth. When inserted between close together teeth, it is very difficult to slide from the gum line, and I end up having to pull it horizontally to remove. For that reason, I am returning to my thinner, and more difficult to grip, floss.

WOW! I asked my hygienist if she had a favorite floss and she said BURST and one other. This one is much more affordable and so far I am very happy. It is woven tube that when stretched is strong and skinny enough to slide in tight teeth gaps and when the tension is released it opens up and gives a lot of surface area to clean with. I am very pleased after a month of use.

Stuff is so great. It's got enough minty flavor, it's strong enough for my gnarly teeth, and can expand enough to get between the larger gaps in my back teeth. Ended up eventually on this one by recommendation of my dentist. And after the change to Glide (though I appreciate they are trying to make it safer, they've got a long way to go)

I’ve always hated that thin, slippery tape floss because it feels like it just slides over the plaque. This URST Expanding Floss is a total game-changer. It starts thin enough to fit between my tight teeth, but as soon as it hits moisture, it expands into a soft, woven texture that grabs everything. It’s like a tiny loofah for your gums. My mouth feels so much cleaner than it ever did with the cheap drugstore stuff.

I recommend. Probably not the best floss I have ever used, but I will buy it again. It is thicker than others, so if you have tight spaces, you may struggle a bit. Hopefully, no nasty chemicals in its composition.

This dental floss is fantastic. Amazing. After years mostly happy with my old floss it was discontinued. There followed lots of wasted money trying all different brands of flosses. New ones are all plastic now and are often so thin and hard to grip around fingers to use easily. I read the reviews of this one and to say I am happy is an understatement. It is easy to use as it is not so thin as to be impossible to hold. It glides nicely between teeth and I have quite narrow gaps and it is still fine. No shredding or breaking at all so no wastage. Nice minty taste. It just feels like it is doing a good job. I just hope this one remains available indefinitely as I would go so far as to say it is the best floss I have ever used and I'm talking 50 years of flossing. Yes, I'm very happy.
