This is a wonderful gadget and provides a soothing and comforting experience for my head! It doesn't come with a battery, but takes an AA. You may wonder to stop it when you put in the battery? Just keep turning it until it stops and to turn it on, just barely loosen the end (turn it left) and there you go. I've had plastic ones of these that I thought were alright except for the occasional sharp edge, until I saw this. The nice thing is that the ends are nice, smooth, and rounded, so it's a nice and calming sensation. I've read that some say only the handle vibrates? No, I didn't find that to be the case. Yes, it does vibrate, but so do the all the little wires. My husband doesn't care all that much for it because he said it tickles his head. To me, it doesn't, and it is good at calming anxiety! Glad I bought it!

I bought this product to help with stress. This is a good way to increase blood flow as I massage my head. Due to the tingling sensation while massaging on my scalp, it helps me calm down. It has one AAA battery to make it vibrate. The vibration is mild and not too strong. Very easy to hold and use. The design is perfect and makes you massage your head with ease.

Kind of misleading when it comes to the "electric" part. This is battery powered and VIBRATES to give a massage-like experience. Maybe it's me but I thought it would send out small pulses of electricity, similar like a TENS muscle pulse stimulator. The vibration is decent at the handle because that's where the motor and battery is. But once it goes to the 20 stems/hands, it's weak so you barely feel anything. This is ok. Can't say I'd recommend but cool to have.

This is amazing! The electric massaging brings it to a whole new level and feels just as good when you do it to yourself versus someone else doing the manual one for you. Definitely worth the price. The gentle massage helps headaches feel better, too. The vibration level is just right and is so easy to use. Love it- try it!

Vibration is useless. The handle vibrates, not the wires. You don’t feel vibration on your head. As far as the wires without the vibration goes it is nothing special. It barely feels good. Not worth it even though it’s not expensive. Couple of decades ago I bought one at the mall and it had thicker wires and that massaged and scratched your head good. This one doesn’t do as good of a job. I’m never going to use it again I’m sure.

The one I had tried years ago, had a slow bounce to it bigger steel balls on the end of the wires And felt more soothing This one feels like it wants to get the job done as quick as possible!!! Medici is relaxing
