Seems well made, attaching to facet was easy and it works well. It's a bit different from a normal water flosser in that it doesn't have the pulsing action, this just sprays as steady stream of water, which I like. The usual water flosser are prone to mildew and other slime, this simpler design should be much cleaner and easy to maintain.

I am very happy to find this waterpik, the smartest design I have seen: easy to use and travel with. Great customer service as well, prompt responses to questions. We tried an electric waterpik before, but it is only for 110v in the US, not for overseas travel. Then we bought a travel-size waterpik with a USB charging cable, which worked well for a while but the inside of the device got moldy after a year and the battery died as well. Which is why I was so thrilled to discover Novothings, what an elegant and practical design and product: no electricity is needed, the pressure is from the faucet itself. Quiet. Clean the teeth well. Easy to adjust pressure. Highly recommend!

This oral irrigator seems to be better made than the some of the other sink-attached oral irrigators. I enjoyed my (original) Oral Breeze for many years until it broke. The original Oral Breeze had a good, strong water stream. I purchased a cheaper replacement brand with a much weaker stream, and it only lasted a few months before the plastic connector between the tube and the handle broke. This Water Flosser V2 seems to be better made than my most recent cheap oral irrigator; I like the design of the tubing and the connection to the handle seems a bit heftier than others. However, the strength of the water stream is insufficient and does not do an adequate job of cleaning between teeth. I've read that the new Oral Breeze is not as well made as the original but it seems that I will need to try it next in order to have an irrigator that actually cleans teeth.

Just what the dentist ordered! I am impressed with the design and quality of this water cleaner. Works great and looks to last a long time. I would suggest putting a total of 4 plastic tips included, not just 2 tips. Overall, I recommend this item!

This is exactly what I’ve been looking for! Perfect temperature perfect water, pressure with an unlimited supply of water! No reservoir to have to clean afterwards. I would throw out the warning to get your water temperature just right coming out of the faucet and make sure it’s just not much more than a trickle coming out of the sink and then you can adjust the pressure slowly! With the knob on the side of the sink attachment. If you run too much pressure through it, you could screw up the o-ring on the inside. It just takes a little bit of adjusting to get it back into place. But it was so incredibly easy to install very easy to use. Highly recommended!

Two things I did not like about it. 1) The water pressure was bit on the weak side. 2) Durability. The water pause button got stuck on the "Off" position and was not able to pop it out. As a result it stopped working as no water would come out of the flosser. I had about 8 months of use before I had to throw it out.

Amazing; quiet and no power needed. Just the right type of tap. I wish I found this years ago. Much better than wireless and wired electric pumps.
