does this model have a seperate membrane (positive/negative) so that the positive elctrode doeasnt touch the water? I dont want ozone and chlorine!

Yes it does have a membrane to separate the -ve/+veg electrodes.
I use it for tap water and I can’t smell or taste the chlorine after the treatment.

is one cycle enough or do i need to do more?

I usually do 3 cicles because I get more ppb, but the seller says we Should do 2 cicles Máx. as too much pressure in the bottle could  damage it. Untill now my bottle is fine. I broke the first ( it fall) and now own the second. I’ve been using them for more than a year and works fine😊

How long do the bio minerals in the bottle last if I'm using distilled water? Do they need replacing / can they be replaced?

RESH hydrogen-rich water bottles have a service life of 2 to 3 years. You don't need to replace any accessories before this, but you need to clean it regularly to ensure its effect. Rinse its interior with water every week. Every month we recommend using white vinegar or citric acid solution to pour into the interior, soak for two hours and then rinse. This will remove scale and soft dirt in the bottle.
The most important substance in hydrogen water is hydrogen, but due to the material properties of hydrogen, we recommend drinking it in half an hour after you make hydrogen water.
We recommend using distilled water just because distilled water can be made into a higher concentration of hydrogen water and will not easy to produce scale and soft dirt.

I just got mine but does not produce much bubles when switching on, does it get better with time?

You get very small bubbles and the occasional medium size bubbles. This is the normal operation. Charge the water three times for max hydrogen count.
