I bought these for my young adult son who prefers taking vitamins in gummy form over tablet or capsule form. They have a very pleasant fruity smell, and the consistency seems to be really good. They aren't stuck together like I have seen with other brands of gummy vitamins. My son enjoys taking the full dosage (two gummies) with his breakfast. He says that they are easy to chew and taste good. The label says that dosage contains most of the important vitamins necessary for health and immune benefits. I think it's important to take a daily multivitamin to fill in any gaps missing in one's diet, and these ones seem to be very effective for my son.
