Absolutely .. we use a capsule with 4 cups organic milk in a Cuisinart Yogart Maker .. then use 1/2 cup of that batch to start 8 more batches .. it makes one RAW pill turn into 32 cups of yogurt .. teh "mother" batch will be runny but the next batches will be thick and delicious ..

Is Saccaromyces boulardii the first bacteria listed on the ingredient list?  I know it is on Primal Defense Ultra but not sure about this one.

No that is not even on this list unless it is a variation. The Garden of Life Raw Probiotic 100 billion (according to their g of l website) has somw saccaromyces but it is toward the bottom of the list. They have Saccaromyces unisporus, Saccaromyces turicensis, Saccaromyces cerevisiae, and  Saccaromyces exiguus. So if that is something you like I would suggest to keep using the Primal Defence. Which I might try if there is about the same if not more of these ingrediants to help digestion. :) But I personally do like the 100 billion raw probiotics. I took my last one Saturday and bought a store brand because I couldn't afford it this month and I think I can feel the difference. The cheaper stuff just isn't the same let a lone they don't come in 100 billion. But this pay day I should have enough to at least get ultimate flora brand that has 50 billion. I like to try different kinds.
