I recently purchased the KEKING Lymphedema Compression Arm Sleeve with Gauntlet for my mom, and overall, it’s been a solid addition to her routine. The compression level (20-30 mmHg) is exactly what she needed for managing swelling and providing support throughout my arm. The material feels durable and holds up well during daily wear without becoming too loose. One thing I appreciate is the inclusion of the gauntlet, which provides seamless support from the hand to the upper arm. The XXL size fits snugly without cutting off circulation, which was a concern for me initially. That said, it might take a little adjusting to find the perfect balance of comfort and compression. The sleeve has been especially helpful for pain relief from arthritis and managing swelling, though it can get a bit warm after extended periods of use. She said she wouldn’t call it breathable, but it’s still manageable. For the price point, this product is well worth it if you’re looking for reliable compression without spending a fortune. Just make sure to double-check your size before ordering to ensure it fits properly!

This product works great when I work out. I had lymph nodes removed in my armpit. I recently started working out and I where my sleeve each time. I have not had any issues with swelling. I try to keep it on like 15 to 30 minutes after each workout. I purchased a 3x cause I have large biceps and it fits perfectly. I am 5'3 277pounds. Because my arm is short it bunches at the wrist a little, but that's cause I'm short. Overall good purchase at a great price.

Still works well for me. Supportive and breathable

I had a lot of swelling after breaking my elbow, and this sleeve worked perfectly! Excellent quality! It helped to bring the swelling down tremendously. 10 of 10 would recommend!

My Physical Therapist was impressed with this sleeve. Personally, I like the wide, silicone-lined top, as it stays put and does not roll down or slip like other sleeves. Very good quality for the price.

I’m thought this was for both arms but it was only one and very tight my arms are small

Sizing is a little hard to get right. I measured everything and got large. I usually wear large in other brands but it's not quite tight enough, i hsve to put my old sleeve over it too. Medium will be waaay too small though so... Got to go with a little loose. I do love how well it stays up. It doesn't slide down like my old one by rebook. The fabric is kinda cheap unfortunately. I was putting something on with Velcro on it and it got caught on the "sticky part" of the velcro and it snagged so bad i thought a hole was gonna be ripped in it . Its covered in fuzz and ripped up fabric threads where the velcro caught it .Stay away from velcro or anything that will snag fabric.

No good fit

I love the material on this sleeve .. I am disappointed that the elastics in the gauntlet part is sticking out after first wash .. ( by hand ) and the seam isn’t good … other than that it’s a great product .. needs heavier stitching .
