The product is designed to last for an extended period, though I personally deep clean the litter box weekly, so I haven’t tested it beyond that timeframe. I found these after my vet had suggested a urine test for my cat as part of a regular check-up. I didn't want her to have to go through the procedure (and pay for it) if it wasn't needed so got this instead. The package is smaller than I had thought but there's enough for more than one litter box in my opinion. The point of it is to detect abnormalities in urine and I think it does that well. It's very lightweight, doesn't really have a smell. It clumped together with the litter that was in the box so I believe it's somewhat clumping. I went ahead and bought three bags so I can do checks every now and then. You just never know with cats.

Bought twice in three months. Never showed anything. Finally took my cat to the vet for blood test and found out my cat was in kidney failure! I was shocked and upset with myself thinking she was fine with the symptoms she was displaying bc I was depending on a vet developed substance for litter box. Expensive and Worthless!

Great to have on hand when your kitty starts using the litter box too frequently. Pebbles are larger and white than the litter, so they're easy to keep your eye on them.

Very nice cat litter. I wish that it clumped better, but it does a decent job. I like the natural feel of it for my kitty’s paws.

I am a multi cat household, as such the quality of litter I use is important. I have used this brand for more than 10 years. They recently came out with this version which i can say has helped with the odor of freshly dropped cat poop. I would recommend this product

Very small amount for the cost. I do not feel it is enough for the price. It does work.

I’ve been using The World’s Best Litter for about four years now, and I recently decided to try The World’s Best Boost Health Check. I have two cats, and since they’ve had urinary crystals in the past, I wanted to ensure everything was still okay. I purchased two bags—one for each litter box—and I was overall very happy with the product. I simply added a bag of the Boost to each box after fresh litter and sprinkled it evenly on top. There was more than enough in each bag, and I appreciated how careful placement made it easy to distribute. After using it, I didn’t notice any change in my cats' litter color, which is a good sign—they’re doing just fine. I’m really glad to have this option for monitoring their health, and I’ll definitely keep using it to stay proactive about their well-being.
