Great results
I can honestly say this helped me surpress my appetite. I noticed it immediately! I took it for weeks and stopped last week just to test it out and my strong appetite for snacks came back. This has been a great find for me! I will say it does cause a bad body odor, so I try to limit how much I take but feel the benefits outweigh the bad smell.

If you’re unfamiliar with L-Carnatine here are a few key points to take note of before buying. This is not an energy supplement. This acts more like a thermogenic that raises your core body temperature more rapidly as you workout. I’m a big guy, 6’1”, 280lbs and I only half scoop this since it’s almost a lil too effective with a full one. There isn’t much of a taste despite the slight fishy smell. If it bothers you mix it with pre or anything with flavor and you won’t even notice. I find slight discomfort in my stomach when I take a full scoop, but it’s trivial considering the amount that I’m sweating. Definitely recommend to those that are trying to cut weight.

Etiquetado al español totalmente incorrecto. Dice el etiquetado en español que son 300 servicios de 200mg!!!!!! Pero arranqué la etiqueta son 30 servicios de 2grs! Tengan mucho cuidado! Si no quito la etiqueta podría haber consumido mucho más de la porción!
