This stuff is the best ready to pour chai concentrate on the market. The spices are quite a bit stronger than the leading competitor. One issue is that even after vigorously shaking sometimes there are quite a few small chunks of spices in my cup. I am not sure if this can be helped but other brands that I have tried do not have this but then again this tastes better and more authentic than the other brands so I'll take it. Also quality control might be an issue because one time I purchased it and it was a bit more thin and less sweet than the other times. But that was only once out of many times.

I was so in love with this brand for a while after working at a specialty coffee shop, but this time after 1 year of not having the same chai, it had a slightly different flavor. But overall it’s good, is very spicy but it has a good body. Make sure to steam the chai to pop all the flavors

I find I don't need a huge amount of this concentrate to really spice up my milk. It's a tad too sweet for me and I would love a sugar-free version. But better than a Starbucks chai latte!

Great chai but man is it sweet, you really have to dilute it a-lot with water or oat milk to drink it without feeling diabetes staring at you. It tastes great!

My favorite local coffee shop always makes the best dirty iced chai, but going there every day adds up! I took a peek at what chai concentrate they use, and this was it. Bought it from here, mixed it with oat milk, and added my own espresso shot on top, and it tastes AMAZING. If you want good chai, Rishi is the way to go.

This taste great! I’ve been drinking a lot of chai & matcha since getting pregnant, but I was tired of spending $5 each time at a coffee shop. This makes about 10-15 cups each week and tasted better than any chai I had bought at the shop. I paired with oatly or homemade almond milk and it was divine. Good enough to not get tired after 10 chais in a row for a week 😜

So good! I will be a repeat buyer! Pros: fantastic flavor, a nice little bit of spice to it, vegan friendly. Cons: a tad sweeter than I'd prefer when mixed with unsweetened Almond milk.

This product tastes great! So yummy. Unfortunately, one of the cartons was broken open when it arrived. It was leaking our of the Amazon box onto my back porch. When I opened the box one of the cartons top had broken open. It was unusable and made a mess on my porch. I wrote to Amazon to get a replacement or refund and I was told this company did not give refunds or replacements. I was very disappointed as it tastes so good, but I will not be purchasing this product again!
