The product came not broken, I was surprised because when it comes to glass I feel like most glass products come broken. I have noticed how my body feels when I started taking cortisol support. I usually take it 4 mls I take 2 in the morning on empty stomach (no tummy ache) I do have a sensitive tummy so it was nice to know it doesnt hurt and then I also take 2ml before I go to bed, usually I just mix it with half glass of water. It doesn’t taste bad but I just don’t like the taste of it, it’s very sweet. I haven’t noticed much change in my sleep however I always struggled with lower tummy and puffy face, and I been taking it for a week and defiantly noticed less puffiness in my face and lower stomach.
