Why is live in quotations?

Good question... Live lobster can be one that has spent the last 4 months in a holding tank. Yes it is technically alive, but if human we would call it the Zombie Lobster.. The lobsters that I received were very active and alert. A far cry from the usual fare. The meat has a a better texture and flavor which is quite noticeable even to the novice Lobster eater. Having lived in Boston you very quickly learn the difference between live and "live" Lobster.. Enjoy

Ordered on a Thursday. Chef Z personally called and said they wouldn't ship until Monday for arrival on Tuesday. No problem. Arrived around noon. HUGE! Problem was electric stove took over an hour to boil water. Cooked for 28 minutes. PERFECT!!!! Lots of great tasting juicy meat. So much had left over lobster for lunch the next day.

Don’t let lower pricing be your guidance. Quality cost more, but it’s well worthwhile.

This company is bad ass. Most companies selling lobsters they always give you the small ones as you have already paid. We received 4 lobs today they were 100% fresh, packed well, and the best tasting ever. I found my supplier. Can’t wait to see what els they sell.

Very good lobster. Big lobsters have very hard thick shell. Hammer and knife to break open. Well worth the effort. 🦞 arrived alive. Tasted sweet and delicious.
