They work--pain relief occurs! They actually stick/adhere to your skin well. They do NOT take skin off when peeled off. They are long lasting (~12-18+ hrs) They do develop some REAL heat even after hours! Based on prior experience w/ a similar product, I simply CUT the patches to size (smaller, narrow long or small square) w/ scissors, patch sits on a thin transparent foil which one peels off prior to patch attachment. This gave me control over 'heat development and heat management' and I place(d) various smaller patches along my affected area. Peeled off some after hours which started to irritate my skin/heat too much and left other patches on. Perfect usage/distribution. Once peeled off, they do not 're-stick' well which is par for the course. Good price per patch as I get a lot of usage out of even just one thanks to individual sizing.

These stick well and stay on; they are durable. These have been mostly used for lower and mid back. I did notice that these folded slightly on my mom's back- she is older and has a more full figured back area. The patch folded slightly in between a back roll. This didn't impact the outcome of the patch. It still worked. These are a really good value for the money, especially when compared to purchasing them at local pharmacy stores.

It was a good product but it got a little too hot

Here is my honest review and hopefully it will help others. These patches did not help the pain at all. But that doesn't mean they wont help others with different or less severe pain. They are durable as it stayed on the whole time I wore it even during my workout. They take about 30-45min to get to the highest temp sensation and that lasts about 1.5hrs till it starts to fade. The heat dissipates at about 5 hours. So not as long lasting as claimed, but they do get very hot at their peak. There was no skin irritation apparent after removing so that's a plus. Again, it may be a special case do to my condition. Overall a decent product with some minimal misleading claims.

This burns so severely. My knee was in worse shape the next day!
