I have a collection of these decorative animal heads, purchased from a couple of different makers. I wasn't willing to spend the many hundreds of dollars for each of the brass ones made by a higher-end brand when the end result was essentially the same. (The brass ones are also quite a bit larger, and harder to hang.) This is the 7th head in my collection and easily the best in terms of size and quality. The details are sharp, the gold coloration is consistent and smooth, the piece is substantial and has a weight that feels appropriate for the for quality and the size. Really pleased with this one, and will come back to this maker if they produce more in the future!

I’ll be honest — I wasn’t sure what this would look like in person. Sometimes resin wall pieces can feel a little cheap, but this one actually surprised me. The detail in the feathers is really nice, and the finish has that slightly antiqued metallic look that makes it feel more expensive than it is. I ordered the copper tone, and it’s not super shiny or brassy — it has a softer, vintage vibe. It’s lightweight (which I actually appreciate because hanging it was super easy), but once it’s on the wall, it doesn’t look lightweight at all. From a few feet away, it honestly looks like metal. It’s not huge, so don’t expect a giant statement piece. It works better as part of a styled wall or layered with other decor. I put mine in a bedroom with a vintage frame around it and it added just enough personality without overwhelming the space. Overall, really happy with it. It’s one of those decor pieces that’s a little different but still classy. Would definitely recommend if you’re into unique wall accents.

I can not explain how much I love this flamingo head. It is quirky, fun and adds just the right touch of strange to my space. The color is beautiful and the size is perfect for where I wanted to hang it. It does come out from the wall a bit, so I'm not sure how well it would work in a hall or walking space. Mine is on the wall with a vaulted ceiling so it hangs about 7 feet off the ground. It is quite weighty. I used a picture hanging nail to hold it to the wall and applied a command strip under that just so it would stay straight. If you are thinking about purchasing, don't wait. You won't be disappointed.
