MicroMinerals

I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism since 2016, and have been taking levothyroxine for it. While my numbers have partially improved, my quality of life has been nothing like it was pre-diagnosis. My hair (despite being virgin hair, never heat-treated, never chemically altered, totally babied, like I sleep on a silk pillowcase EVERY NIGHT) has been brittle, fragile, and thin around the edges. My skin is sallow and perpetually clogged, yet it’s chronically dehydrated. Getting out of bed is depressing, and I’m so tired I’ve gotten used to starting my days on a terrible note just by not being able to rest more. Might I mention I’m in my 20’s? So I’ve been researching for years about how to naturally heal my thyroid. This is one component of my thyroid-healing protocol. And I know it’s working. How? Because for the first time in years my temperature is up-consistently. This is huge. My hands have previously been referred to as “Death’s Icy Grip Coming To Collect Souls To Devour.” Now my extremities are almost always quite balanced with the rest of my body and I’m reading normal temps when I take my basal body temperature in the mornings. We’re talking 98.6. For the first time in YEARS. This has only been with the addition of this supplement. I do take others, which I’ll list for other hypo-inflicted people to research at their own discretion, but the temperature increase has only happened in the last few weeks of taking this. All I’ve needed is literally one capsule a day. I’m excited because I can anticipate healing. I’m finally being able to envision growing healthy hair back fully, experiencing smooth skin and feeling alive. For the curious, I also take one drop of Liquid Kelp (a natural and safer source of supplemented iodine), one tablet of N-Acetyl Cysteine and one of Alpha Lipoic Acid (as they are precursors to the body’s master antioxidant Glutathione, which has been shown to be present in much lower levels in those with hypothyroidism), and I use a transdermal magnesium oil several times a week. I’ve also just ordered a very well-reviewed brand’s desiccated thyroid with liver to try rotating into my supplement routine. I’m feeling pretty confident these will work synergistically to restore my body! Thanks for reading, and good health to us all!

I watched a Doctor talking about importance of zinc and in my search I discovered this product and read more about the company. Was impressed and trust I made an excellent decision. My husband and I have started. I will update after 90 days. I am looking to improve joints, boost immunity and drop weight. I have learned a 90 day rule, never judge a product results for 90 days. Well it has been over a week now and I can say, less pain in my body. I had a low back injury in July 2019, and pain has been crippling. I can now at least function. Still under chiropractic care, but now my adjustments seem to be holding longer. Can’t wait to kiss this pain bye bye!

I was looking at several products which claimed to support your immune system since I am looking to protect myself and my children from the recent viruses going around. This product contains zinc which is widely recommended as well as selenium which is a trace mineral often lacking in much food nowadays (a recent blitz has claimed that China is one place where selenium deficiency is a problem, and that could be a factor in their illness; personally, I think smoking and air pollution are as well) . I liked this product because it did not contain TOO MUCH selenium which could be a problem if you already have enough selenium in your diet as most Americans probably do. I was looking for something which was at least as good as Airborne or other zinc tablets. The bottle I got has 90 capsules and only one capsule is enough to get a good dose. I am combining this with other flu-fighters such as Vitamin C and D to help build immunity the best we can. I like the fact that it is a capsule rather than pill since I think that should help with absorbency.

Absolutely must have! I dont know what I do without it.

My health and intake of quality whole foods and vitamins is very important to me. I am very happy with the Smarter Vitamins products. Since February I have been taking their Vitamin C and Microminerals. I stopped taking the L-Theanine and had to get more because I missed the results. Every product has digested well. No heartburn or ill affects that you might see with cheapo vitamins. They always ship me a free bottle card with purchase and I never filled them out until recently because I did not believe they would send me a free bottle. Well guess what, they do! Great products, great company. Don't hesitate.

I like the fact that you get the Zinc (Bisgylcinate Chelate) along with manganase, boron, chromium, selenium and molybdenum in the mix. I'm no vitamin and suppliment expert but I am super dilligent in researching what will work best for me. This personally fits the bill. I've also ordered other suppliments from Smarter Vitamins and I'm very happy with their products, especially the Natural Vitamin C. Their prices are really good and there is one further thing about this company that's absolutely wonderful in this day and age. With my orders I have received a free coupon to go to their website and pick a suppliment from their list of available offerings and choose one absolutely free of charge. No shipping charges either. The free items arrive quickly too. It's a delight to find a company that values their customers and still believes in excellent customer service. I suggest checking out their website.

As a distance rower I was looking for something that would help boost performance and reduce or eliminate cramping and inflammation, and this supplement has helped with all 3. My times have improved, my fatigue has been reduced, and I no longer experience painful leg cramps towards the end of each workout. I also like the fact this is a high quality product - with both the ingredients they use, and the lack of garbage or fillers. Will continue to take during the training season, and beyond.

With the ongoing Covid 19 pandemic, I wanted to increase my Zinc intake to help boost my immune system. After reading the reviews for Smarter Vitamins I decided to give them a try. I just started taking Smarter Vitamins MicroMinerals so I don't have long term results. I haven't had any adverse side effects. The capsules are 3/4 inch long and easy to swallow. There is no aftertaste. Shipping was free and fast. I am completely happy with my purchase.
