Review: Healing My Thyroid - I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism since 2016, and have been taking levothyroxine for it. While my numbers have partially improved, my quality of life has been nothing like it was pre-diagnosis. My hair (despite being virgin hair, never heat-treated, never chemically altered, totally babied, like I sleep on a silk pillowcase EVERY NIGHT) has been brittle, fragile, and thin around the edges. My skin is sallow and perpetually clogged, yet it’s chronically dehydrated. Getting out of bed is depressing, and I’m so tired I’ve gotten used to starting my days on a terrible note just by not being able to rest more. Might I mention I’m in my 20’s? So I’ve been researching for years about how to naturally heal my thyroid. This is one component of my thyroid-healing protocol. And I know it’s working. How? I’ve also just ordered a very well-reviewed brand’s desiccated thyroid with liver to try rotating into my supplement routine. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had the right amount and proportion of minerals I was looking for to aid immune system.

I was looking at several products which claimed to support your immune system since I am looking to protect myself and my children from the recent viruses going around. This product contains zinc which is widely recommended as well as selenium which is a trace mineral often lacking in much food nowadays (a recent blitz has claimed that China is one place where selenium deficiency is a problem, and that could be a factor in their illness; personally, I think smoking and air pollution are as well) . I liked this product because it did not contain TOO MUCH selenium which could be a problem if you already have enough selenium in your diet as most Americans probably do. I was looking for something which was at least as good as Airborne or other zinc tablets. The bottle I got has 90 capsules and only one capsule is enough to get a good dose. I am combining this with other flu-fighters such as Vitamin C and D to help build immunity the best we can. I like the fact that it is a capsule rather than pill since I think that should help with absorbency.
