Really like this product and it does make me feel better I took it for the effects of having had a long and difficult winter from the lock down and coupled with a good vitamin D supplement it really seems to have helped. It also seems to work really well with the symptoms of peri menopause. Really enjoying and will continue to take

I started taking these to help with low mood caused by perimenopausal symptoms. It's early days but I have definitely noticed a general improvement in my mood.

They work well, gives you a little boost. Quite large pills and also not coated so found them a little difficult to swallow.

These are a good price and hubby takes each day to help with his anxiety and moods. He would not take any prescription meds and feels that these are enough to help him. Easy to swallow too.

made a huge difference to my mood and mind clarity. only really noticed when i finished the packs i had and everything has gone grey and murky again and yet again all i do is cry and feel like im filled with lead... im very depressed. but this helped a lot, and im going to buy more right now because this has been proof to me that my misery is mainly caused by the chemicals in my brain and not lAcK oF ExErCiSe or wAtEr or HoBbiEs like people like to tell me it is. so. until i feel good enough to actually see a doctor and get proper anti depressants these will help me and im so glad i tried them.

Didn’t work for me .

No nasty taste, easy to swallow. I take to help me through this time of my life, menopause 🙄 I do feel a lot better though it took a month to feel the effect, don’t expect to feel better after taking one and expect a miracle! I’ve been taking them for 3 months now and feel almost normal, I haven’t had a hot flush since either, coincidence?? I’m happy with them anyway 🤗

The product itself is helpful for mild anxiety & I feel the benefit! I was disappointed that the box arrived open, but the package was sealed so assume it might have happened during the posting process. Also would not recommend mixing these with alcohol - had a beer on a day when I’d taken one and felt pretty woozy. But generally I’m pleased with them, I use them sporadically & still see a difference. I’d start with one tablet or even half and see how you go :)
