Let me start by saying that you need to be consistent. This is a slow process that takes time, especially if your kiddo has not been eating well for long periods of time. I like it, and I already bought my second bottle. My Daughter is very picky, but I always put this in the water she takes to school, and she never complains of flavor or anything weird. I believe it is a bit pricey, but nothing can't cost much when it's for your kids. It mixes well with water, and I could tell that her dark circles under her eyes have improved tremendously.

I used this on myself, half dose while implementing some of my homemade juices and I went almost immediately. I did have a some uncomfortable moments in my abdomen but I figured it came with the territory, ha! I would recommend a half dose tho to start out with. I am someone familiar with fasting and detoxing and cleanses however this one def felt more powerful. there was a noticeable difference in my overall wellbeing about a week or so after.
