The colors advertised are true to the image and natural looking! A little goes a long way! The gloss is hydrating, smooth, light weight and soft. They have a nice builable shine, non sticky formula that is transfer proof whether it's eating, drinking or filming! I love that the lip coverage/color is buildable from a natural to a glam natural look!

Pros Beautiful glossy finish that leaves behind a flattering stain as it wears off. Comfortable and lightweight on the lips without feeling sticky. Hydrating formula keeps lips feeling soft throughout the day. Color is easy to build and looks natural yet vibrant. Long-lasting stain means fewer touch-ups compared to regular glosses. Great for everyday wear and easy to apply on the go. Cons If it sits unused for a while, the formula can separate a bit and may need a quick shake or mix before applying. Overall I loved this lip stain. It gives a gorgeous glossy look at first and then fades into a pretty, long-lasting tint. The formula feels comfortable, the color wears beautifully, and it has quickly become one of my favorite lip products. The only minor issue I've noticed is that it sometimes needs to be mixed if it hasn't been used in a while

I really like the formula of this lip stain. It goes on smooth, feels hydrating, and gives a nice glossy finish without being too sticky. It last a really long time too! The only thing to note is the shade. “Red-y Set Wet” looks more like a true red online, but on me it pulls more pink than expected. It’s still a pretty color, just not the classic red I was going for. Overall, great product if you like a comfortable, glossy stain, just keep in mind the color may not be as red as it appears.

I rarely write makeup reviews but this is a great product. I never get compliments from strangers and I got one the first time I wore it. It looked great on and I loved the soft but still noticeable shade left behind hours later, plus the color didn’t crack or look flakey. My only tip is make sure to gently roll the tube and swirl the wand first because some pigment may settle in the bottom. I am extremely pale with cool undertones and this wasn’t too dark on me. I’m also not a big makeup person but the applicator made it easy to “stay within the lines” haha. So glad I didn’t spend more than double this for a similar product.

Instant favorite, I want to put this on all the time! I usually dislike lipgloss, and bought this because I wanted a stain that didn't feel as dry as some do. But the gloss is also fantastic -- it doesn't have that sticky feel, it doesn't attract hair, and it feels so incredibly hydrating from the minute I put it on. It does very slightly feather into my vertical wrinkles around my mouth (they are fairly deep, since I'm nearly fifty and smoked most of my life), but nothing near as much as other glossy lipsticks and glosses, and I have to really examine myself up close to even notice. If I wipe off the gloss after ten minutes to just wear the stain, it doesn't look like it went into those lines at all. The stain lasts me about 8 hours (depending on what I eat -- greasy things will ofc remove it faster), but I honestly want to reapply the gloss at that point anyway. It also comes off evenly -- I haven't had the issue of color staying bright and solid all around my lips, but being gone in the middle. The smell (and taste) is similar to coconut oil -- faint coconut, and very "natural" -- not the cloying fake coconut smell you get in some cosmetics. With its being so hydrating (I feel it work better than most of my lip care products, including the famous LaNeige lip sleeping mask -- and yeah, I tried putting it on before bed, and the glossy look and hydrating feeling were still there the next morning), and so versatile, I think this is about the best value for your money you can get. Small downside: the color swatches don't feel super accurate -- even those where they show all colors on different skin tones. I expected this to be a bit more muted and more pink, and instead this color ended up being bright red, like a true bright red lip, which is a bit less wearable. The stain is fine, but also veers red. I have pale olive skin, and my lips aren't very naturally colored, so any stain definitely shows up bright, and that's fine, but a red lip isn't always the best choice for a daytime look, so I wish the name and the swatches would be a little more accurate. I will be buying more colors, though, cause I love it just that much.

Very hydrating and feels great. Just doesn’t last very long. I lick my lips frequently and this just doesn’t do the job. Very nice color and shine.

Love nyx, they make great lippies! This is just another example of that. Tint is beautiful, hydrating on lips, stain lasts a while and only a little comes off when I eat or drink. Got in the shade mocha me wet. I’ll probably buy more of these soon! Except $12 is a lot for a stain imo……

Great color! It's very moisturizing. It has a pretty good staying power. It fades to a less intense color and glossy-nes. The picture is from right after I applied the product.
