I rarely write reviews and was very sceptical about this product but can honestly say it has been a game changer for me.I have had problems sleeping for 10 years since the menopause,sleep induction being the biggest problem.I have tried numerous things to try and help my sleep with no avail.I apply this cream 30 mins before bed and within 15 mins I am fast asleep,something that hasn't happened for years.If I get up to the bathroom in the night,im straight off back to sleep as soon as I get back into bed.It also seems to have stopped my leg cramps.

It's too soon to say for definite whether or not this lotion helps with sleep, and I plan to come back to edit this review in a few weeks. I have very poor disturbed sleep and average around 2 hours a night. I already have a lot of tablets for various ailments so I always like to try remedies that are as natural as possible. This lotion, whether or not it 'works' is fabulous. It has a soft scent, not 100% lavender, so that must be the chamomile. What I particularly like is the absorbency and moisturising effect of the lotion. It feels rich and not at all greasy. It absorbs very quickly. So far I have been massaging it into my feet and knees because I have a lot of rheumatoid damage and pain, and also into my chest to get what benefit I can from the scent. The labelling advises using it for at least 4 weeks to get a good idea of its efficacy. At the time of writing this is on offer at £8.23, which I think is a very reasonable price. Definitely worth a try!

I have chemo-induced insomnia and decided to try this after seeing a recommendation on instagram. Boy am I glad I did! The first few times I tried it I thought it was a fluke. A normal night for me is either not falling asleep until 2am, or falling asleep at 11 and being wide awake at 3am. With this I sleep a solid 8hrs+ each time. I put it down to me being so tired I had one good night every so often. But quickly realised it was only when I resorted to this lotion. The difference is so clear that I recommended it to my husband. He sleeps OK but wakes a lot. The first night he tried it he did a solid sleep with no waking for toilet breaks, for the first time in years. All I can conclude is this product actually works. If you are a cynic like me - just try it!

Brought this to help my daughter with her sleep as she is prone to waking in the night and then at the crack of dawn in the morning. The lotion its self is easy to dispense with the pump and rubs in well. My daughter reported that she did not like the smell or the feel of the product and despite persevering with this we noted no improvement in her sleep pattern.

I use topical magnesium at night before I go to sleep and rub it into my jaw muscles and neck in the hope that I may stop grinding my teeth so much! I did use Better You's magnesium gel before, but I thought I'd give this cream a try as it contains lavender which is good for sleep and relaxation. So far I'm really liking it. Pros: - Smells lovely - there is a slight chemically smell underneath the fragrant lavender, but it still has a very nice, relaxing fragrance well known of lavender - The cream rubs in easily and isn't sticky and doesn't leave residue - A little goes a long way - one pump is enough to cover both of my TMJ joints and the sides of my neck, rubbing down into my shoulders - You get a lot in a bottle and it still has a good strength of magnesium, so this is better than the gel in my opinion - Feels nice and tingly, doesn't irritate sensitive skin Cons: - None whatsoever Overall this cream is high quality and totally worth it. I can't say it works for me completely as I do still clench at night, but this is a must for my evening routine and I can't have a night without it now. I find I sleep for longer without waking up so often, so if that's the combination of magnesium and lavender that's great. Recommended.

Game changer for me. I've always been a terrible sleeper, perimenopause has made it worse. I rub this into my legs as I got to bed and half an hour later I feel I can sleep when previously I was 3 hours to nod off! Think it helps me get back to sleep too - not always, but most times. Does nip a bit if you've a little cut or hack on skin, but i can live with that for the most consistent sleep I've had in years.

A milder version could be a good option. - It would be nice if the lotion came with a pump dispenser for easier application, as squeezing the tube can be a bit inconvenient.

Really like this product. Magnesium has a multipurpose. But this cream dies what it says...it helps me sleep.☺️

Aucune amélioration notable sur le sommeil. Laisse la peau et les vêtements humides et poisseux. Ma mère, à qui j'ai aussi acheté un flacon pour essayer, souffre de crampes aux jambes la nuit et le produit n'aide pas plus que cela. Très cher pour pas grand chose. Seul point positif: le produit sent très bon (lavande et camomille, relaxant).
