For those, myself included, that have experienced very good products found in Amazon, and terrible products offered by some very bad-acting companies, I am delighted to say this product exceeds expectations. I ordered a soft pillow that would also offer support, the Mid-plush down pillow. It arrived boxed well, and had a plastic outer cover to protect it from dirt and dust. I can lay my head on it and it gives, but doesn’t allow your head to collapse. This will be a great sleep pillow as I rotate from stomach to side sleeping and it is very comfortable in both positions. If this pillow holds up, I will be back to order more. Thank you for my wonderful new pillow.

This is a very well-made pillow. The fabric feels soft and high quality, and I appreciate that it’s made in Canada. The feather filling looks full and evenly distributed when fluffed. However, as a side sleeper, I noticed that it compresses quite a bit once I lie down. The loft decreases during the night and feels lower than I personally need for proper neck support. Even the firm version didn’t feel truly firm to me — it also flattened over time. That said, I did sleep well on it overall. I think it may work best for back sleepers or for those who prefer a softer, lower-profile pillow. The quality is excellent — just make sure the height suits your sleep style.

Feather pillows are far more comfortable for me than foam or synthetic fiber pillows. I replaced my many years old down pillow with a Brooklinen Luxury Mid-Plush Down Pillow as did my wife. We are both extremely pleased with our new pillows, which have the perfect amount of loft and firmness. These pillows are exceptional and well worth the price.

Had high hopes for this pillow. Nice and thick out of the box and well constructed. Put it in a pillowcase and lay on it and it becomes a brick with no give to it at all. Not what people buy down pillows for. Returned.

Extremely comfortable- soft ,but supportive, does not flatten out - wife didn't want to spend money for one so she bought pillow from Walmart, terrible pillow ,not soft at all ,real neck breaker - you spend a third of your life in bed so buy a good pillow- this is a great pillow

Ordered the mid-plush based on some reviews for back sleepers but found these to be too thick. IMO these prop up your head way too much if you sleep on your back. I couldn’t see these getting thinner over time so they were returned. Going to try the plush instead. They are well made and side note, the king mid plush are heavy compared most pillows.

Got this for my husband for Christmas as it was on his Christmas list. He loves this pillow, he just wishes he would have requested the queen size rather than the standard size. Would purchase again.

They smell. Still after two weeks , they smell foul. I have washed them but they still smell
