My favourite comics as a child
Gave it to a 7 year old, and she loved it. Am buying the next volume for her this Christmas!

Exactly as Advertised
At first I wasn't sure what state the volume would come in, but I'm satisfied with the results. Normally, manga volumes are in digest form but this was more slim than I thought. Despite this, it's height and size is perfect.

Not always the best translation, but my daughter enjoys it!
I bought this book (and the other 2 in the series) to encourage my daughter to do some reading in English. The translation is a little ropey in places, especially when trying to translate formal Japanese like ใใใใใ้กใใใพใ type stuff. Overall, though, the words chosen are easy to understand. Personally, I'd prefer if there wasn't a Japanese translation above the text, as my daughter's Japanese reading is better than her English and she sometimes reads the Japanese instead! But I guess I could fix with some whiteout if I really wanted.
