Great at getting the kid to sleep. However she often wakes up with crazy dreams.

I have a 7 year old daughter with autism. Whenever it's time for bed and she can't seem to sleep after a while, from finishing our night routine I'd give her this. Which honestly works really well. I would wake her in the morning around 6:15 without any problem. I would suggest giving them this about 45 minutes before sleeping in the bed. I usually give it to her around 9:00 no later than 9:30. And I give something to drink and drop it right in there. Not too much of whatever she's drinking. Just like 25% of a cup. And I drop about 1ml and 1/2 of 1ml. She is very hyper at times, I could tell her mind races and this helps settle her down and just helps put sound to sleep. With making sure she took her bath and bed is set and lights out and some hugs and kisses with this supplement works wonderful for my kiddo. Hope this helps. And this has no allergen which is a plus for me.

This is $2 cheaper than in the store! My 5 year old takes 3 ml a night as recommended by his DDBP for sleep. This works well for us, better than another brand we tried.
