It is opaque. So it blocks all UV. there is no heat rating per se, but it does greatly minimize the heat on your face and neck that would otherwise be hitting you without it

Can driver see through it?

No the purpose is to block out the sun. But it doesn't hinder your view because it's set at the same height as your front visor.

If the window has after market gray tinting, will this scratch the film used to tint the window?
