Lakpura® Aluminium Hopper Pan with Lid (15cm)

So pleased with this. Was first made these by a Sri Lankan friend and this is the type she swears by (not non stick version). It’s a great price for the real thing. For anyone who buys one remember to season it well using sesame oil before using.

Easy to swirl batter in the hot pan with long handle when making hoppers, could make crispy hoppers with a beautiful shape.

Extremely poor product. The food sticks to the pan. On cooking the appam, the metallic stains the food silver. Does not feel safe. The food also has a metalic taste. Definitely would not recommend and most likely poor safety standards. I am worried as the metal leaches into the food.

This item arrived earlier than expected, by almost a week. We were happy with the postal service and packaging. Item as per photo.
