Just the two 1-liter bottles. The smaller bottle is just to inform you they carry a body lotion which is an extra charge. Also, a great product.

Does this foam up or is it just like a lotion wash?

It is liquid cleanser that is not drying and feels like soap but is not soap. It is PH balanced leaving your skin very soft and moist. No flakey skin.

What exactly comes with this set? You are showing three bottles, very confusing.

Two 1Liter Liquid Face & Body Wash and one tiny 0.68FL OZ moisturizing body lotion which doesn't make big difference.

Is the color of the content green or white liquid? Cause it's not clear in the pictures displayed?

Every time I buy Face and Body I get green. The shampoo is clear.
