Religiously I have been mixing & drinking my probiotic cocktail 1st thing in the morning as soon as I wake up. For the absolutely best results, Klaire Labs SFI Health gb-X Probiotic needs to be taken on an empty stomach. In the past 4 months my overall dispotion has been much better (ask my wife) + my appetite has been less. This stuff really works. The only caveat is you must drink a bit less than 4 ounces in luke warm water...on an empty stomach (even B4 my coffee) every morning. Mark my word, the Klaire Labs SFI Health gb-X Probiotic will really allow you to feel great!!!

After 3 weeks of using the product I actually feel better and I have a better attention span. I’m sticking with this product. My gut has stopped gurgling, and bubbling.

My daughter is on the spectrum and this is the best product to regulate her gut health. She now has an easier time relieving herself and less straining. Along with ample amounts of water, she takes this product daily.

This is a great product, to make it really work well, you have to have clean up your diet and eat extremely healthy, then the product works 10x better. I have used a bunch of better supplements combined as well to get better. However, overall this product definitely helped my health and overall gut health. I was really messed up and now after 4 months of taking it every single day, I definitely have improved my health!

So far, I've taken this supplement for a couple of months. It took a couple of weeks, but I believe I notice a slight difference in mood, while also feeling more calm and centered. It didn't help gut related issues that I've been having, however, which has been disappointing. I'd say that if you experience mood or anxiety issues and believe it may be gut related (which oftentimes it is), this supplement is definitely worth a try. It's too bad that this supplement isn't a little less expensive. The cost may make it so that this isn't a long term alternative for me.

I take these every morning in a little water before my coffee and it has helped me to cure all of my stomach problems. I didn’t realize just how effective this product was until there was a supply chain issue and I switched to another probiotic, my stomach was a mess. I tried at least 5 more and nothing worked. I was so relieved when they were back in stock.

This stuff really works (for me). Expensive but worth it. I wish it were in capsule form rather than a powder (I assume there's a reason for the powder formulation). Definitely worth trying, it might work for you too. One thing to keep in mind: it's probably best to avoid eating yogurt while taking this. Yogurt has its own bacteria strains that might compete with the strains in this product and upset the balance in the gut.
