Just got this for Christmas for my husband as nostalgia. We’ve been seeing them in the background of many tv shows so he wanted one again. They’re not shaped the same or as big as they used to be, however they are still very cool and calming. Thus one has a remote to change colors which the original ones did not. With them you had to pick a color and live with it. lol this one warms up quickly and the balls are a decent size. It’s just a nice little lamp. About 18” tall and rather streamlined instead of short and fat, but we like it!

My uncle loves his Xmas gift. My uncle is an old hippy and he said this “brings back memories” he loves the remote control and color changing options. The remote also has an auto off timer which he uses because even though it’s LED, it still gets hot.

Would give zero stars if I could, I got for my sons new room I set it up yesterday turned it on it took 30-45 min for the lava to even start moving had it on for maybe 3-4 hours and noticed the lava was not really moving so I turned it off turned it on again the next day and the lava was not moving really at all I moved it to get the lava to break up and move and now it’s just like the picture I attached . . . Really only got to enjoy it for legit 4 hours (if that) before I totally stopped working Correctly, also the remote to change the colors and turn it on and off didn’t work AT ALL . Product is very disappointing. Had it set up/on for less then 24 hours and I’m already returning it tomorrow.

Very cool lava lamp. Changes colors easily with remote(kid can use) Colors are vibrant/bright. Packaging was great, all pieces came unbroken, it was easy to put together. It does get hot if not turned off at the switch.
