Hozelock 30m Hose Reel with 25m Hose 2412

Great value quality hose pipe, not the lightest but will last for years. The reel is wall mountable, and with 25 meters on this reel for the price is the cheapest you can buy in the UK . My last one with yellow hose lasted for over 15 years. Some people found the instruction pictures small and confusing, no idea why as the only thing I paused on was the small spring supplied, this is to help stop the hose compressing when wound up on the reel. Overall I am more than happy with my purchase, nice one.

Arrived next day and after initial setup all is working perfectly. For information it does require setting up and connecting, and cutting a part of the hose to connect the reel to the tap but the images on the instructions are quite clear and it took me just under half an hour from opening the box to using the hose (that included looking for a screwdriver and cutting knife). The hose is great, no leaks and it reels away smoothly.

High-quality product from a trusted brand, and relatively easy to set up and use. Supplied with all necessary fittings and an illustrated leaflet (though we found it easier to look up a video on YouTube). Cannot praise the supplier highly enough (LiveMoor); delivery was due Tuesday 26th but we were delighted to get it today (Sunday 24th). Excellent service.

This is absolutely awful to put together. The instructions are blurry and make no sense! It skips several steps, like the fact you need to cut off some of the hose to connect to the tap. I found a video on YouTube luckily, otherwise this would have been near impossible. The product itself is fine and easy to use.

Rapid delivery from excellent seller, quality VFM Hozelock reel which was fairly simple to set up...word of advice watch a YouTube set up video as instructions are less than clear

Good hose and reel. Creates a lot of confusion initially thinking water wasn’t flowing through until I realised the hose connect has a stopper in and won’t work unless attached. Reels up nicely, you do need to take a little bit of care and feed it through nicely or else it can tangle fairly easy. No leaks, Hose is okay, not kink resistant but is good. Perfect length to cover the driveway or garden.
