The first time I tried this, my wife moaned so loudly that it scared both of us. So I stopped. But I was encouraged to continue. Within a few seconds, she started pounding the mattress with both fists, accompanied by some explicit language. Wow!

For the price, you can't beat this item. My member is 5.5" long by about 1.5" wide, and this fits me fine, nice and tight. I'm sure it would accommodate somewhat larger, up to a point. As others have said, if you roll it up like a condom and put in on while you are dry, it will stay put no matter how strenuous you get. I find the tight squeezing sensation pleasurable, and the sensation of suddenly having a much larger cock is a thrill. My wife really enjoyed it, including the little spikes and bumps, as long as I don't pull all the way out and go back in too often. As I understand it, if it's all inside, the texture feels good, but getting past the gates is a little intense. It doesn't really add 2" of length, more like 1.5", and a nice increase in girth, without being crazy. We've used this piece a few times now, and after some fun play, she likes to climb on top and take a ride. Next stop, Big-O-Land, without fail. It definitely dampens the sensation of friction for the wearer, but I can still feel surprisingly well through it. It's good to prolong things, but I've gotten off with it. All things considered, a great and fun toy, and for about the price of a couple of lattes.

Satisfying for both of us. I put it on and she was so very wet during intercourse but she can’t handle it all the time and says it starts to hurt
