This is a very good quality vitamin C, and particular good for anyone with a delicate digestive system as it is super gentle on the stomach. Most vitamin C supplements are ascorbic acid, and that's the big difference here. It includes bioflavonoids which apparently help with absorbing vitamin X, which will make it more effective as it helps to get to the right places to help with things like immunity. There are no unnecessary odd fillers and additives, and it doesn't leave any chalky taste or after taste which is good. I've used Pure Encapulations supplements quite a bit in the past, particularly there Magnesium, and they do tend to be top quality. The are a company now owned by Nestle, which might be a plus for some people or a negative for those who prefer their supplements from independent sources. The price isn't cheap, but the quality is first class and, as they say, you get what you pay for.

This is a buffered, non-acidic form and is designed to be gentler on the stomach. Pure Encapsulations is one of the few brands I consistently trust for clean formulations, minimal fillers, and good manufacturing standards, and this product fits that exactly. The capsules are easy to swallow, the bottle is well sealed, and the expiry date is long (mine goes well into 2027), which is always reassuring. I also like that this version includes bioflavonoids, which are important for proper vitamin C absorption and effectiveness, especially for collagen formation and immune support. This is ideal if you want vitamin C support without stomach irritation, and if you prefer a clean, professional-grade supplement rather than cheap, harsh ascorbic acid powders or tablets. Excellent quality, clean ingredients, and from a brand I already rely on. Very happy to add this to my daily routine.
