A Lifesaver!
This is a great smart to track a variety of vitals. I specifically needed a smart ring that would measure my blood oxygen and track sleep apnea events and hypoxia. Not many rings can do that but this one can. Well worth the money, I have it on all the time, and I work as a mailman, so I'm on there in all elements wearing this, in the shower, at work, asleep, still works perfectly. I couldn't be happier and I daresay this product helped save my life. I ended up getting a cpap because it confirmed I had severe sleep apnea. Tracks your steps, heart rate, blood oxygen, kcals burned, sleep quality, stress levels (although the stress level accuracy I don't think is very accurate). I switched from the fitbit to this, comfortable lightweight and has a long battery. BE SURE to FIRST GET THE RingConn sizer. Itll be a box with a bunch of different size plastic rings. Its important because the girth of your finger changes throughout the day and its important to find one that fits well and is comfortable for all day use.

Great ring, yes it's a little pricey, but it works like it is supposed to!
I first tried a cheap smart ring ($60), and while the hardware was somewhat impressive, the app was junk: not specific to the particular ring. This RingConn ring, and app, however, are the real deal! The ring is well made, its inside surface is made so that it tends to stay in place on your finger without rotating around over time. The charge lasts a very long time, and so far after about a month, the ring still works and charges perfectly. The titanium exterior apparently really does resist scratches, because mine still looks new and I wear it 24/7, except for charging. I swim daily, and wear the ring without issues, it really is waterproof. Too bad it does not have a dedicated tracker for swimming (you have to edit that into the app data after the swim session), but I also use it for walking in our neighborhood, and that dedicated function tracks accurately, in tandem with Google Maps, to show the route you walked. Sleep data is fairly accurate, though it finds REM during some of the time I was awake, which is not correct. It also has twice counted time in my recliner watching TV (before going to bed) as if I had gone to bed, but that data can be easily edited the next morning if necessary. Sleep apnea tracking is a nice touch, it says I probably have mild apnea, which is correct (it would be worse if I did not tape my mouth at night!). Vital signs seem to be accurate, it detects periods of exertion when you are working your body hard. The heart rate is correct even when the ring is wet, which was not the case with my previous cheapie. The "stress" measurement must be based on the HRV value, not sure if that is really helpful for me. I purchased a size 13 after trying sizes in the sizing kit--don't skip that step, because this ring has an unusual inner surface and you need to make sure to get a size that works on your fingers. Turns out that 13 is a handy size for me, because I can wear the ring on a choice of 3 different fingers, meaning I can switch hands when I need to. According to the AI in the app, the ring finger doesn't make any difference. Just keep in mind that none of these smart rings, including the Oura, are medical devices--that is, they are not directly measuring most of the information that they display. Instead, these readings are calculated using complex algorithms based on data obtained by the sensors in the ring, so they are really estimates and should be viewed over time, to see trends. Some readings are more accurate than others, like heart rate is more directly measured than REM, for instance. There's certainly room for improvement, but all in all, this is a good product!

Expensive toy
I purchased the ring sizer first and I ordered a size larger based on reviews. The ring is still a little tight even sizing up. I lost the ring within 24hrs of getting it and was able to find it in the yard with the GPS, find my ring feature. The sleep tracking is ok, it’s not super accurate. And the step count is always 1000 steps off from my Apple Watch (usually more steps than my watch). It does not integrate with Apple at all. I like there is no monthly fee. There are a lot of neat features to the ring, but not sure how accurate they are. I have had this ring several months and I have scratched the finish on the inside of my finger but the otter side is fine and purchased the black matte color. I am concerned about long term durability as I have had reports of battery issues and short battery longevity. As for now, the battery last about a week and I like the portability of the charger case. If I had the opportunity to purchase this ring or the Oura ring, I would probably choose Oura due to reports of it being more accurate and better sleep technology and ability to integrate with Apple health. Other than that, they have the same features.

RingConn is Great!!!
I have both the RingConn and the Ultrahuman Ring Air simply because a monthly subscription is not justifiable based on the price and due to the fact Oura already corners 80% of the market on wearable tech rings. Both the RingConn and the Ultrahuman Ring Air are excellent products but the Ultrahuman battery life lasts about two days while the RingConn easily lasts about a week or more between charges. Ultrahuman Ring Air has a more polished app and provides better explanations about the readings and gives good advice to improve your metrics, however it is currently not available in the US due to pending litigation brought by Oura who clearly wants to corner the market. Go with RingConn if you hate subscriptions. You won’t be disappointed!

6 Months In and I Still Love It!
I love it!! I’ve had it for 6 months now and it’s the perfect addition. I don’t ever have to worry about it. I wear it on the go in New York City, to the gym, yoga class, the steam room, even bowling and no issues. Still looks and functions like new. If you’re questioning it just get it. See the pictures for how it looks after 6 months - barely a scratch At first I did find it a little annoying since I never wear rings but now some days I forget it’s even there - crazy how quickly the brain adapts. The on the go charger has been the best part. In the 6 months I still haven’t needed to charge the case so seems like it’s even better than advertised. Now for the sensors - I used to have a fitbit and honestly find this ring way more accurate. The sleep data is so specific and I love it! It’s part of my morning routine now to look through all the stats on the subway to work. The vital signs are also pretty accurate. When I go to the doctor it almost exactly aligns with the measurements they take. I will say though that the tracking for the type of exercise (running vs biking etc) is lacking. I don’t personally track exercise past steps but if you’re looking for a detailed workout analysis this probably won’t be what you want. They do push out new app updates and ring updates every couple months (at least 3 since I got it) so I’m sure that feature is coming. and finally - the app. It is definitely more bare bones than Oura but I only care about the metrics and no monthly fee. It totally gets the job done and you can add home screen widgets to track steps, stress level, daily scores, etc. I do use that as a quick glance to see how active I’ve been throughout the day. There are a ton of features I don’t even use so definitely something for everybody. Overall - I would 100% buy it again and am trying to convince my parents that they need one too!

I LOVE this ring!
I’ve been wearing this tracking ring for 5 months now, nonstop, & I LOVE IT. I really just wanted to track my sleep, my activity, & my stress throughout the day, plus I wanted to make sure I didn’t have an apnea issue. Comfort wise, RingConn is thinner than the Oura ring, & less annoying feeling (to me) than wearing an Apple watch. I get very rashy from wearing anything with nickel content - a previous Apple watch & band clasp made me rashy even. So one of the things I was concerned about was the nickel content. I’m happy to report that I have zero sensitivity or rashy response. Looks wise, I love that silicone covers in many colors are cheap to buy. It does say it’s water resistant, but I err on the side of caution & don’t soak it in water or shower with it on. But the best part: the function! This ring (with only the free app, no extra paid plan required), gave me an apnea test over multiple nights & ruled out any issues. It maps out my REM, deep sleep, light sleep, & activity every night & gives me a sleep score & total sleep time. RingConn tracks my stress & alerts me when my stress levels spike. It does take about 30-ish mins for it to alert me, but its been very helpful for me to know. It also holds its charge for almost 2 weeks, & from a very low charge fully charges back up in a little over an hour. That is FAR less frequent charging than an Apple watch needs. The most interesting thing: one day RingConn told me I had a headache COMING ON. I was confused bc I felt nothing. For 3 days, it showed this warning. Since I had only worn it for a month at the time, I thought I got a malfunctioning ring. BUT then! On the 4th day, I woke up sick! So RingConn literally warned me that I was getting sick (& was possibly contagious) before I even felt any symptom at all. I am super aware of my body, so this was amazing to me. That was the only time I have been sick since I’ve worn RingConn so I’ll be interested to see if it warns me similarly the next time I get sick. I took a chance on RingConn during black Friday, so I got a great deal on it. Even at full price, I would highly recommend this. I love mine!

I do NOT recommend for Sleep Apnea monitoring!
I purchased this ring because of few things. 1st. I wanted a black ring to replace my lost wedding band. 2nd my wife recently said I appeared to stop breathing a few times while I was sleeping (more on that later). 3rd I've never liked wearing a watch and I'm tired of my apple watch which I only liked for the fitness aspects. After a lot of research, I decided on the RingConn GEN2. I liked the sizing of it, and it appeared to cover my needs. I was unhappy that the original version doesn't come in black. I recommend buying the sizing kit as there are no 1/2 sizing options. I'm happy with the sizing and I'm getting use to the wear of it because of the nubs (sensors) that stick out on the inside of the ring. This doesn't appear to be an issue for me so far. I have read that some people find it uncomfortable. I like the fit. Review: Now my big issue. I have 2 of them and they are both around accuracy. I don't expect perfection, but I have an issue with the sleep apnea results. I purchased this ring while I was waiting on my Dr's appointment for sleep apnea. I received my ring wore it a few days and then start the sleep apnea study. The RingConn results were "No Abnormalities (0.9) or NO instances of sleep apnea. I repeated this test a week later and got the same results, actually a little better. All is good right? Wrong! I completed my sleep study, and not only do I have sleep apnea I'm going back to conduct another study so I can be properly fitted for a CPAP and to determine the pressure my CPAP needs to be set at. This ring does not properly test for sleep apnea in my opinion, nor in my Dr's opinion. My next issue (based on the previous issue was accuracy. I was surprised to see that I was meeting my step goals somewhat regularly as monitored by the RingConn GEN 2 (I'm not as motivated as I like to think I am). I decided to wear my apple watch for a day and the RingConn GEN 2 to compare steps. What I have learned so far is the RingConn GEN 2 is over counting steps to the tune of about a 15-20% difference between the ring and my watch. I can live with that you just need to be aware that it might not be as accurate as you think. At least it's not for me. What I do like! I do believe the SP02, time asleep, heart rate, and relaxed time all appear to work well. I think the ring looks great. I love not having to buy a plan to have access to my data! That is a great plus. I will be keeping the ring; first because my wife likes me having a wedding band again :-) Happy wife...... and I do not like wearing a watch and this ring fits the bill good enough. I trust the RingConn will continue to update the software and maybe address these issues. Lastly, I'm disappointed that you can't buy the RingConn (original) in black. It only comes in silver and gold. I would have returned this one and bought the cheaper one if that were the case. I don't recommend people buy this ring for the sleep apnea feature. Considering everything else go for it.

Game Changer for Sleep Apnea & Daily Activity
I’ve been using the RingConn Gen 2 for a while now, and it has become an essential part of my daily routine. As someone managing sleep apnea, the level of detail this ring provides is incredible. It tracks my AHI (Apnea-Hypopnea Index) and blood oxygen levels throughout the night, which gives me peace of mind and real data I can actually use to monitor my health. What I love: • Sleep Tracking: The sleep apnea monitoring is top-notch. It even flagged a significant oxygen drop for me, which really helps in understanding my sleep quality. • Step Counting: It’s surprisingly accurate with steps. I’ve compared it to other trackers, and it holds its own perfectly. • Comfort: It's lightweight and comfortable enough to wear all day and night without irritation. The Trade-off: The only thing to keep in mind is the battery life. While it’s rated for longer, using it as a dedicated sleep apnea and oxygen tracker means the battery drains a bit faster—I usually get about 7 days out of it. Honestly, for the amount of vital data it’s pulling while I sleep, that’s a trade-off I’m more than happy to make. If you’re looking for a discreet, powerful way to track your health and sleep, I can’t recommend this enough!

Excellent Product and Value for money
First check the best fit of ring size using the size kit. Writing this review after 45 days, Looks elegant, works excellent, Battery Remains 10 days, Perfectly syncs with the phone. Don't feeling wearing it. App is too professional and provides loads of information on the Vitals, Sleep, Activity and Stress. Ai based plan needs a lot of improvement (still in beta), finding cumulative monthly achievements in the app is bit hard. Sometimes the info provided by app seems to be overwhelming. Sleep Apnea Tracking is good and looks suggestive. Only after couple of months it can be confirmed. Otherwise a best product that comes without any subscription and doing it's job so well. Kudoos to Ringconn Team.
