CKeep Kinesiology Tape, 40 Count Elastic k Tape precut Strips, Beige

I have used a similar item before that is no longer available so I wanted to try this one after looking at many different items and reviews. This one is very strong. I wanted it because it was waterproof which seems to be true For me, this was great And did the job to help support my knee. That being said it is super Duper strong I have more sensitive skin so it did irritate because I left it on for a couple days. So if you have extremely sensitive skin, you might need to remove it and clean the skin. It can be hard to take off just because it is super strong. This would be really good for people who or maybe athletes or more active and needs something that is extremely strong. I will still use what I have. I may not order again because it may be too strong for my sensitive skin. It did cause me some irritation, but I don’t think it is any fault of the product it works as described and did a really great job for supporting where I needed it. It was a good value for the price as well, so I was still recommend it. It did last for quite some time so if you needed to leave it on, it will stay with you. I ordered black and I do like the color as well. It was also easy for me to cut and put different size strips if I needed.

I have struggled to find kinesiology tape that stays in place since my legs are fairly hairy, but this brand does the trick without being super uncomfortable. The tape is a nice thickness, effective, and durable over several days, even after showering. The pre-cut strips are a good length and make application easy and fast. After several days of use the tape still appears neat and clean, unlike other brands that begin to collect lint and peal off.

I use the tape as a substitute for boob tape and it works well. It is quite versatile. On trips I’ve used it to cover back of ankles when shoes start hurting. It stretches and keeps in place quite well. The precut strips also make it easy to grab on the go.

They seem to have changed this K Tape, although I do like the scalloped ends because it's easier to get off the backing, but it seems to be thinner, and have less adhesive. I put it on today and the only piece that stayed on my knee was the old stuff which was a rectangle strip from an order I had previously ordered the new stuff came completely off within 10 minutes it's garbage. Four stars was supposed to be for the sender of the product not the actual product

I use this tape probably in an unconventional way, but I cut and place pieces on my face before bed to prevent wrinkles. Basically the inexpensive version of Frownies. Literally, this tape is magic! It’s taken years off my face—smoothing out lines from frowning and pressure of the pillow. And this pack will last A LONG time—easily a year! Cut and Place between your eyebrows to smooth out the ‘11’s’ and anywhere you have wrinkles! Can be used multiple times even with face creams and serums! ❤️

I find this tape works as well as more expensive, brand name kinesiology tapes for a much better price. The precut strips make application easy. The tape stays in place during activity.

Work well, stay put as long as I don’t wet them too much. They provide the support needed for my knees. Would recommend.

I have to use KT tape to run due to the arthritis in my knees and ankles. Normally I go to a physical store to buy this, as I worry about quality and not being able to take it back if quality is poor. I wear KT tape 5-6 times a week. Due to having sensitive skin I can’t leave the tape on for longer than 12 hours. So I needed to look for a good tape that won’t take me to the poor house! (As my old tape was doing) that’s what brought me to buying these - or trying them, 2 boxes to make sure I am fair. Likes: 1) the tape is easy to apply 2) strips are thin, so breathable - or would be (keep reading) 3) the tape does what it is suppose to - lends support to muscles, tendons, and joints 4) tape stretches easily and retains its elasticity well making movement even on 80% stretch fluent 5) price is really good! Strong dislikes: 1) the tape is too sticky, meaning even after using the recommended baby oil on the tape to remove to help with adhesive it STILL remained on my skin, though the baby oil helps the tape not remove my skin! 2) if you don’t use the baby oil or something(!) you risk taking your skin off with the tape strips. 3) if you have sensitive skin - though like me don’t believe in wasting products once purchasing if you cannot return for money back - the adhesive may irritate your skin and make it itch. I recommend lots of natural lotion after removal to help skin bounce back. 4) tape does not stick to itself well! When overlapping the tape tends to roll up. It will stick stick to your skin, though has problems sticking to other pieces of tape. 5) adhesive is HARD to remove from skin, and will more than likely require you to scrub off 6) tape easily frays To recap - DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN THAT YOU DONT WANT TORN FROM YOUR BODY! Also, be smart try baby oil to get it off and then scrub the rest off with good soap!

Decepcionante.

Works very well if you follow directions
