Tolles Teil
Einen Schinkenkocher sollte es sein. Den habe ich mir in 1,5l bestellt und es paßt da ca 1kg+ Fleischmasse rein. Er hat keinen Thermometer dabei, aber wer genau nachliest, erwartet auch keinen (habe so ein Teil bei meinem Küchenzbehör und der ist genau). Die Innenkante vom Deckel würde ich nicht als scharf bezeichnen, da kann man ja etwas aufpassen. Die Anwendung bedarf auch keiner Anleitung. Wer das Teil nicht versteht, sollte doch besser beim Metzger einkaufen. Die Qualität ist für den Preis völlig in Ordnung. Wer bessere Qualität verlangt, muß halt für mehr Geld bei einem anderen Anbieter kaufen. Ich persönlich werde mich erst einmal mit verschiedenen Delikatessen üben und dann noch 2 - 3 von den Schinkenkocher nachkaufen. Ich habe einen Dampfgarer in der Küche verbaut, da würden sich mehrere Töpfe auf einmal eher lohnen. Bis jetzt bin ich noch sehr von dem Teil angetan und Rost habe ich auch keinen gesehen, wie von manchen Leute bemängelt wurde. Die Lieferung war schnell und alles korrekt verpackt. Eine klare Kaufempfehlung von mir.
