This definitely and absolutely is not a sugar-free product.I know I have a bottle somewhere but I can't find it, so for the list of ingredients, I took to Google and found the list in French, which I've translated for you:Sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, fruit juice from concentrate: 29% (15% raspberry, lemon, elderberry), water, flavorI've known and enjoyed Teisseire-brand products since early childhood, but like I mentioned and as you can see in the ingredients, it's mostly just sugar and syrup.

Can you use this to flavor homemade yogurt?

It might be better to drizzle on top for flavor than to mix it into a batch.

Hello Frances, you can purchase this safely, it is an excellent syrup and Teisseire is a major brand in Europe. I have drunken these syrups during all my childhood and continue to do so, as my children as well (remember: 1 volume of syrup for 7 volumes of water!, you can also use it with yogurt, in tea or on top of cakes and pies). You can find all information on http://www.teisseire.com (sorry the site in French, but you can translate using Google for example). They are also certified ISO 9004 and 14001. Ingredients are basically fruit juice (directly pressed, not from concentrate), water, aroma, a bit of citric acid. Enjoy!
