It must work. My test results improved after taking it for a while.

I have tried probably over a hundred supplements over the years for various health conditions, and this is one of the few that I know works. I began taking it a few years ago, and I was shocked at how much better I felt during soccer games. (I'm a woman in my 40s.) I don't know whether I actually run faster or longer, but I do know that I feel so much better when I play. I take one on regular days and one or two on game days. I don't know if this will help everyone. I do seem to be one of those people who runs low on many vitamins and minerals despite a good diet.

THIS WORKED GREAT FOR ME.

I'd taken it before and possibly noted some improvements in neurologic symptoms, but on so many other things hard to tell. Recently, I restarted it and in recent days been taking 400 mg a day, starting to increase. I've had POTS and other autonomic issues over time that wax and wane. Many symptoms are just so vague it's hard to tell. However, I suddenly noticed other day that my ankles are not swelling. It wasn't horrible but at end of day when I took off my sport socks, there would be a clear imprint of the sock ribbing. Other day I noticed this is all but gone. I also have issues with muscle tension. Last night I swear I could open my jaws wider more easily and today that clenching my toes lying in bed did not result in them feeling locked up. I can't believe it. Doctors never know this stuff. WHY?

I love how this is helping me be able to do more activities. I take this in the morning along with my thyroid medicines. I'm feeling like I'm catching up to my young self. You're supposed to go up every 7 days. This is really strong stuff and I've been B-1 (thiamine) deficient for so long going up each time I up one more capsule it makes me super tired for little over 8 days. I mean a super tired!! But for me it was and is worth the struggle to regain my younger days energy levels. My levels are coming up very well but that's the Only set back for me. I'm up to 450 capsules and I'm feeling so good! The sleepiness or tiredness when increasing dosages is due to the fact that it's a telltale sign of chronically low thiamine levels through out my life. I'd say since I was born! I have and had major malabsorption problems since I was an infant. If you're already feeling tired before ever starting on this that's a good sign you need this product. Try it and stick to it you'll reap great results!!

For me, this brand works better than Thiamax.
