How long is the cat? Title shows 14" which means 14 inches, however dimensions says 4x9x4

Hi there, thanks for this question! The cat's dimensions are 14". The 4x9x4 are the box's dimensions. Hope this helps!

Is this a new (meaning unused) product?

Yes, it is new in plastic packaging

Is the belly white? I'm looking for a kitten that looks very similar to this one but my daughter's had a white belly.

Here are a couple of possibilities for a white belly https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07PQ1W3NW?ref=myi_title_dp https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07HLFDK2J?ref=myi_title_dp https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07F5Q5JKH?ref=myi_title_dp https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0795ZKK4T?ref=myi_title_dp https://www.amazon.com/dp/B007N6LREW?ref=myi_title_dp https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004JRMITG?ref=myi_title_dp
