Easy to swallow!
Finally an omega 3 supplement that I don't need to psyche myself out for to take!! I've been struggling to incorporate enough fish into my diet, and anytime I think I've found a small supplement, it's a horse pill and it takes me 10+ minutes to try and convince my brain that I can swallow them, but end up choking anyway. I will happily take multiple small pills over 1 or 2 huge ones. Taking these 3 smaller pills is such a relief! There is a bit of a fishy aftertaste if you burp, but it's not overwhelming.

Hard as a rock
Hard to swallow tough coating. Like swallowing rocks -might as well take the big soft pills. I was super excited these were small but my throat not happy!

FINALLY- Perfect size tiny and easy to swallow! It is truly tiny and round. About the size of a push pin.

Perfect Size
As someone who hates swallowing pills, this brand is a winner. These are small enough for me to swallow with no issues. No results yet so I will keep taking

Not easy to swallow
I should have scrolled down to read additional reviews , which is on me. I have difficulty swallowing pill. I’m fine with over the counter medications. These are not for me. They are perfectly round , and the size of a small marble. They are very difficult to swallow , and actually hurt my throat. If you have difficulty swallowing pills , then I wouldn’t recommend these.
