Mio Hydrate in Strawberry Lemonade is one of those small things that helps me drink more water. The bottle is tiny at 1.62 fl oz, but because it’s concentrated, it lasts longer than it looks. I usually give one quick squeeze into a standard 16–20 oz water bottle, shake it, and that’s enough. The flavor tastes good. It’s sweet, a little tangy, and better than plain water. It doesn’t taste watered down unless you add too much water. You can control the strength easily depending on how strong you like it. It mixes quickly and doesn’t leave weird residue in the bottle. I like that it’s portable. I can toss it in my bag and use it anywhere. It’s especially helpful on days when I’m bored of regular water but don’t want soda. I’ve purchased several flavors of MiO Liquid Water Enhancer and have really enjoyed all of them so far. The flavors taste great, and I love that you can control how strong or light you want your drink—just squeeze in as much or as little as you like. For me one medium squeeze works perfect.I tend to drink more water during the summer, but in colder months I struggle to stay hydrated. These water enhancers make a big difference by adding just enough flavor to keep me drinking water consistently.The best part is that there’s no sugar and no calories, so it feels like a healthier alternative to sodas or juice while still being enjoyable. This flavor includes electrolytes and vitamins B 3, 6 & 12.Overall, this is an easy, convenient way to make plain water more appealing. I’ll definitely keep buying different flavors.

By far my favorite flavor. No sugar which is great. Tastes amazing which helps me drink water throughout the day. It snaps closed which is perfect to throw it in a lunchbox or bag woth no leaking.

Using Mio drops in my water, helps me keep hydrated and not have to worry about sugar! Love the taste of Mio drops. This one’s so refreshing.You decided by squeezing drops in your water for strength of taste, it doesn’t take much.These are a great way to stop drinking sugary drinks ,including soda.Great quality and great value! You make a lot of drinks out of one bottle.

I'm a fan of most Mio flavors, and the "Hydrate" Strawberry Lemonade water enhancer is no different in this regard. It's a bit strawberry-forward and so it's a bit on the sweeter side but still has a delightful little pucker that hits as you swallow and let the droplets linger on your tongue. If you like a more lemony-sour lemonade flavor, skip this one and go for the straight lemonade or lemon-lime enhancers, but if you're a fan of strawberry lemonade in general, you'll like this one, too. As with other Mios, I occasionally use this with club soda/seltzer water to create a soda, and this one becomes a fun fizzy drink, as the carbonation enhances the lemon's pucker and brings it more in line with what you might get out of a fountain lemonade drink.This particular flavor comes in a smaller bottle, which is nice if you like to carry one in your bag, or if you're traveling, though I wouldn't recommend putting it in your pocket, as pressure might cause it to leak. It doesn't have any added sugar, so it's diabetic/ozempic friendly as well. I do find myself needing a pretty decent squeeze to get the kind of flavor I like, as this isn't a particularly strong tasting formula like the cherry lime and such are.All-in-all, I give the Hydrate Strawberry Lemonade 4 out of 5 stars. Strawberry Watermelon and Fruit Punch continue to reign supreme over the other flavors.

I personally like the MIO brand not all of them but a few. Only addition I use to my water. It does help me to drink my daily amount. There is no nasty chemical taste, that artificial taste you get with other water flavor adders? Anyways in my opinion this is a great flavor for your water.

Love this Mio! Tastes just like real strawberry lemonade. This and regular lemonade are my favorites!
