I have bunn home brewer with stainless tank never cleaned it in 3 years, should i use a dezcal or cleancaf will be enough ?

Will it work on the illy y5 milk, espresso & coffee machine

I think it will work on any type coffee machine. I am not sure with your type of coffee maker, but if it has an internal water heating system it should work. The product is used in restaurant machines, and most all home units, as long as you can flush out the cleaner with a few cycles of heated water. I ran into a scale problem within the heating coil of the Keurig. I have well water with a high mineral content, but all water usually has minerals, unless your tap water is distilled at the city source. I ruined 2 machines because of using tap water, and the customer service people at Keurig told me to use only distilled water. I buy distilled water at Walmart, at a cost of 88 cents a gallon. The present machine has lasted several years with no problems at all, while the first two machines lasted only 18 months. If you have scale, use the Dezcal too clean it, then go with the distilled. Don't use just any store bought bottled water, because all of it has a mineral content. That's how the best flavor gets into their water, otherwise it would be very flat in taste. Distilled water is flat tasting, but the coffee flavor really comes through, because all contamination is removed.
