Replacement charger
This is a replacement for an AC adapter that has frayed. I got lucky that the cord was the same length. This adapter was built exactly like the old one. The output voltage was compatible with the original. As far as heat of the unit, I noticed that the power brick was lightly warm but not hot. So overall this AC adapter was necessary to get the computer up and running, which makes the cost more than fair.

Three pronged plug instead of two
The charger works perfectly but has a grounded prong whole original one doesn’t. My room doesn’t have the three pronged outlets so I had to get an adapter. Also the cable is not as long as the original. Other than that it works just as well.
