Product Description Review: Great cross trainer! Better than expected on the treadmill. True to size. - Upgraded to the Nanos from Ultraboosts for cross training. Even though the UB's aren't cross trainers they were fine for a while, but recently they started feeling especially unstable during strength and lifting exercises. The Nano X5 are a massive improvement: super stable for single leg exercises and lateral movements, but surprisingly comfortable on the treadmill too. The insole has enough cushion that your foot kind of settles into it, but the sole itself is flat and firm which gives you a solid base. Best of both worlds for interval-based classes like Orangetheory, Barry's, F45, etc. Sizing note: I'm normally a 10.5 but ordered an 11 based on reviews warning about a narrow fit. The 11s felt overall too big, most notably with heel slippage, so I exchanged for my true size 10.5. The toe box is very slightly narrow but unlikely to be a problem for most feet - and sizing up to compensate would just result in a poor overall fit. There was still some minor heel slippage with the 10.5, but I could tell it was the type that's common to new sneakers and predictably went away after a few sessions. If that concerns you at all, check out the X5 Edge which specifically addressed this. Otherwise, I'd say grab a pair of these in your normal size for cross training and you'll thank yourself later! Review: Fantastic shoes! - Went in search of a pair of cross trainers that could cover several bases - HIIT sessions, lifting (except squats, I wear lift shoes for those because I need the taller heel). I have some difficulty finding the right shoes due to flat feet. The Reebok Nanos were the answer. Comfortable, offer support where needed and can cover a range of gym activities. Great shoe!

Comfortable
my feet are 11" exactly. I bought size 11.5 and they fit perfectly, except they are very narrow. Going to return them.

Great shoe but size runs small
Great shoe for cardio and weights and they work for my high arches. Be aware of the size, as they do run a little smaller. I went a half size larger and they fit great.

Great multi-purpose gym shoe, especially for wide feet
I have wide feet (EEE), and bought this X5 a half-size up to compensate. Fit and comfort was (shockingly) perfect. Plenty of room in toe-box, a bit tighter on the insteps (but they really should be), and nice & grippy on the floor for weight training stability, while allowing for an easy "lift-off" for quick moves when needed. I've used Reebok training shoes before (Legacy Lifters, for more intensive weight training) but they really hit one out of the park with the Nano X5, a perfect gym shoe for a multi-layered workout.

Not for me
Not for me. The product itself seems great. Very sturdy material and arch support if thatโs what youโre looking for. The arch support isnโt too overwhelming, like the Nike Metcons for example. Couldnโt wear them for more than 30 minutes. The fit is too narrow and the ankle support is too aggressive. Got some friction burns on the Achilles. Aside from that, felt locked in the whole time, which was good.

Great for workout and cross training.
Great shoes for cross training or weight lifting. I did a lot of research and it was everything it was described and was made out to be. Very happy with them. I am very particular about my shoes. Do your homework but so think these will meet you needs if you looking for a pair training shoes. Note: these are not running shoes for long runs.

Sizing
Check back sizing chart , these models seem Abit more narrow at the front, might want to up your usual size by .5

Good
The product arrived after 2 weeks. I was exited to try in the shoes but when it came the box was squashed and the shoes itself was squashed from the front leaving a small defect. When I told the customer service agent he was happy to help and offered me a discount. I liked the way he handled the situation. Other than that the shoes look good and has firm feel. Just waiting for my discounted money to get back into my account
