Highly recommend!!!
My boyfriend had pain daily in his lower back. No cushioning between his L4 & L5 so he felt bone on bone grinding whenever he moved. I started him on this almost 1 year ago and he has almost no pain in his back. He feels a little bit of tightening when it gets cold out but otherwise no pain in his back. I have referred my Mom and Dad, my coworker, a friend of mine and her Mother, Brother and her Boss all of them tried it and all of them swear by it. Thank you for your great product. I also take it myself daily.

Fish allergy? Don’t take!
Item was fine and packages correctly. If you have A fish allergy, do not take. This made me burp so bad but I think it’s due to a fish allergy I have. It caused me to have food poisoning type symptoms, and after taking them for 3 days I was throwing up. This was not due to the manufacturer. This is just for others to be aware of. Don’t take if allergic to fish.

Love these capsules. Easy to take. I have really noticed improvements in my hair and nails. They are both growing fast! I also feel like my joints feel better.

Not sure yet
I've been taking these for 6 weeks. On the fourth week of taking these I had some major gut/stomach issue's that lasted 8 day's, I'm not sure if it's because of taking these pills. I also take probiotics I can't find anywhere if it's okay to take both of these together. I have not noticed any difference since taking these yet.
