Absolutely impressed with this Bluetooth headset! The battery life is outstanding — I can use it for days without constantly recharging. The included charging case is compact and powerful, making it super convenient for travel and work. Call quality is very clear, and the noise-cancelling mic helps block out background sounds during conversations. Bluetooth 5.3 connects quickly and stays stable without dropping calls. It’s also very comfortable to wear for long periods, especially while driving or working in the office. The sound is crisp, the controls are easy to use, and the overall build quality feels premium.

I have had many many Plantronics/Poly headsets mostly the legend. They are exceptional, absolutely. Pricey too. These past years, the batteries do not last long like they used to. Anyway, this headset has a great battery so far. I haven't got it wet or other "tests" yet but it is smaller behind the ear than the Polys, lighter, but with good audio quality and long uptime. I am a heavy phone user. It doesn't answer the phone verbally but it is one of the only ones with all the buttons like a poly, like mute on the mic boom. It doesn't have a charging cable plug, only charges in the cradle box but it also has a battery in that! For about the cost of a cable, you could simply buy another headset and have two chagers and a spare headset. It feels strong enough, as good as about any. I am sure the lack of a changing cable plug is for water resistance but a mag clip on a cable would solve it. Maybe hard to do and still sell for $20? I hope I don't break or lose the charger and my review makes the price go up. It would be Very good if there was a simple usb cable to buy to hook up to the charging pins, magnetic(?)!!! I would definitely buy again, for sure!!!

Works great, other than some minor annoyances. Calls are clear, minimal delay, and a comfortable fit. The audio from the microphone is also clear and has solid noise cancellation, making it nice for the person you're on call with to hear you clearly. Pairing is fast and connects quickly. There are two issues I have with the device. Tt has an unusually long time to hold the button to turn the device off. And sometimes it simply refuses to turn off without several attempts. My other issue is, as far as I can tell, there's no way to prevent the device from turning on and pairing when removed from the charging case. This makes it impossible to use mid call. You'll be forced to the device connecting midway holding it and trying to put it on (which itself takes some time to turn correctly from the folded position it sits in while charging). It also makes it very frustrating to charge the device, then remove it to carry with you to use later, only to find out it has been on the entire time and has run the battery down (as well as unable to hear your phone making any sound since the audio will route through the device, making you miss calls potentially). This is a massive problem in design, but perhaps I am missing a way to prevent it from turning on when removed from the case.

I got these for my son and he says they work really well. They stay in his ears well. They were easy to put in and attach to Bluetooth.

I am truly impressed. I am a truck driver and always get Blue parrot headsets because they are a good quality and for noise cancelling, but I wanted something different because I'm tired of having to put it across my head and when I wear my hair down it gets caught in my hair so I found this, I'm so glad I took a chance and bought it because I absolutely love it! It's so light weight and I can hear the same and the noise cancelling is good as if I had my blue parrot on and has great battery life. The only reason I gave a 4 star is because you can't mute it on the headset and you can't switch calls on the headset however you can complete these actions by using your phone so that's what's a little hard to do while driving. Overall is a very affordable and good product.
