Um. The scent is light. I will say I did buy the preventative care. But for now, I'm only using this and it helps with pain, flairups, and it's seemingly affective in just as a daily salve. I'm afraid as painful and difficult as HS can get ... to use anything else based on this product's quality and effectiveness. This could be priced at 1000s of dollars and still be worth it ... but it's not ... so I count my blessings at this juncture of my life it is so so super affordable! It is a product I will buy again and again and again! I would include before and after pictures but eh - if you see the primary spots HS is common- you'll see why? 😕😖🫣

Product was delivered on time and in great condition and packaging was very good. Since I started using the product for a short while, I've seen good improvement, less flares and less pain to the affected area. The smell is bearable. This product is a good buy and excellent function .

I was skeptical with the gimmicky name but I was desperate for relief. I was in pain for days. I tried Tea tree oil, a different salve, and boil ease and nothing was working. I was also doing warm compresses and nothing was helping. Touching it made me see stars. I was seriously about to go to the ER because of the pain and not being able to get it to drain on its own. Then I saw this product and all the great reviews. I was so desperate that I didn’t mind that it was a bit pricey. It arrived yesterday. I immediately put it on with some gauze covering it. It definitely eased the pain. There is a scent but it’s not a bad scent at all and it is not noticeable to others around me like the tea tree oil is. It melts into your skin and makes it feel so nice so my initial thoughts were that it was good quality. I was just so happy that I could finally sit without seeing stars. Before bed I went to check the gauze and it had just started to drain. I went to wipe it and clean it up before covering it again before bed and it immediately drained so much! (Disgusting, I know) so I showered to make sure everything was clean from it draining. I patted it dry and since it was still oozing a bit and I covered it with gauze again. When I woke up this morning I went to change the gauze and it had drained a lot more over night. So I cleaned it up again and put some more on and covered again. This stuff really does work well and is worth the higher price. I even shared it with a friend who suffers from these as well. This stuff is a life saver.

I bought MyMagicHealer Universal Flare Care for my boyfriend, who suffers from hidradenitis suppurativa. A close friend of his who also deals with this condition recommended it to us, and I’m so grateful she did. He recently had a really bad flare-up — the kind that completely knocks him down — and this cream truly made a difference. After using it, the inflammation eased and the flare-up became much more manageable. The relief it gave him was noticeable and reassuring. One thing I really appreciate is the texture. My boyfriend cannot stand oily or sticky products on his hands, and he had absolutely no issue with this cream. It absorbs well, doesn’t leave behind a greasy mess, and doesn’t make your skin feel “icky.” That alone sets it apart from so many other products we’ve tried. Another huge plus is the scent. Many creams for flare-ups have a strong, unpleasant medicinal smell. This one has a unique, pleasant scent that makes using it much more comfortable. An added bonus for us is the shelf life. Since his flare-ups only happen about every six months, we needed something that would last. Knowing this is made with handmade ingredients and is safe for the skin gives me extra peace of mind. I highly recommend this product to anyone dealing with flare-ups. It’s now something we’ll always keep on hand.

I feel like this product works well for me. I used it 4 particular areas of my body, and of those 4, 2 have healed up really well. One of red spots has almost completely faded, and I've been taking antibiotics for that particular condition for months with no results. The other spot that is similar to it is taking longer to heal, but it is very, very slowly fading. The 4th spot is eczema, so it will always be a problem, but it helps with the redness and itching. I began using this on my face to help with eczema and it does help with itching, although sometimes I still itch. It has helped clear up the bumps that were on my forehead, so not complaining about that. If you need to read the ingredients on the bottle, prepare to get out a magnifying glass, because they're too small to read with regular eyes. I like the smell. It's not too strong for me, even when it's on my face. Even my cat likes it. Lol I'd buy this product again, because it has multiple uses for me.

I bought the 2oz and have been using it per instructions. I have a small HS lump (deep under the skin) behind left thigh. Kind of hurt, and was under so many layers of skin. I decided to test this product on it. I’ve Just finished applying universal flare care for day 3, and the lump has grown in size and heat (infection coming to surface). Like - what was once the size of a gum ball under my skin has now turned into a protruding golf ball. I keep universal flare care on it between washing and bandaging. The product smells amazing, is gentle and I feel good about it so far. Usually my HS flares (so deep under the skin) go away on their own after a few weeks. Not sure how this will plan out, I hope to not have a crater in my skin after this.. but time will tell. Few hours later update: when they say it’s a magnet for infection / inflammation they aren’t lying. It’s pulling that sucker to the surface. Oh, and almost immediately after applying the pain went away. It still hurts to touch but I can now walk sit move without pain. Maybe it’s from the bandage, or the product, or both, just wanted to mention that too. I used an adhesive gauze. UPDATE The night of my review (day 3) I refreshed the bandage with more product. I got in bed then shortly after, got up to use the restroom. When finished I noticed a lot of blood in toilet. I removed the bandage and with a mirror, saw 2 holes on the “tester” boil. It drained by itself and I had no idea. I ran into my bedroom to find a few spots on my sheets, and unfortunately on my brand new 1k mattress. Hopefully the little green machine will get it out . But yeah guys, this stuff works. Even for boils deep under the skin. Honestly can’t believe it. No pain, took all of 3 days. These things are typically on you for a week or longer. My only advice would be to follow the directions and make sure your bandages are SECURED. Wanted to also mention, I have PCOS and thus have heavy cycles, HS is common as well, due to IR. ( Tip: cut the dairy and sugar out of diet. HS will be exceptionally less frequent or go away completely. Bad diet feeds HS. Same for men). I bought a 2 pack of large washable puppy pads from Amazon to lay on because of said cycle/protect bed. So for the future I’ll make sure to lay on my puppy pad for when I need to use My Magic Healer. Don’t ruin your furniture lol. UPDATE: Nov 30th The green machine got it out lol! Also you might be surprised to know- THE HS DIDNT COME BACK in that tester spot. If you deal with HS you know there’s tunneling and they almost always come back. It did scab up. The spot is scarred (post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation) and is a little rough to the touch but there’s absolutely nothing in it and hasn’t came back. I let my brother borrow it, he also has IR (insulin resistance) and has horrible HS. He stole the product from me because he now can’t live without it lol. I told him to buy me a new one for Christmas.

I personally struggle with HS around my groining area. Unfortunately, this has been an ongoing issue for almost two years. Therefore, the stage of my HS has quite progressed. I bought this product after reviewing mixed reviews of it working vs. not working. Please note I have done multiple of treatments prior to trying this product (e.g. surgery, antibiotics/oral anti-inflammatory, steriod creams, etc). This product is scented, although the scent did not trigger a flare up. It definitely kept my flares ups at ease and I have not experienced a flare up since, but it has not completely resolved my HS. To elaborate, although I have not experienced a flare up, I can still feel a bump around the area and know there is always a possibility of it coming back. I believe this product can work for people who are in the early stages of HS or more so, the minor cases of HS. It does the job of keeping the flare ups at bay, but does not completely resolve it (for advanced cases such as mine). I do believe that everyone's body will react differently, so I'd say it is worth a shot to try! I hope it works for you :)

AMAZING. I have randomly developed boils in my groin and inner thigh area, that are extremely painful. I tried all the natural remedies and they would slightly work, But boils still lasted for months. I used this over night the day I received it and honestly wow. I used about a pea size on each boil and simply used a pad so the product wasn’t running around. Inflammation and pain went away SIGNIFICANTLY. If you struggle with HS, I recommend, and for anything else as well.
