A bit pricey supplement but well worth it. Love this product.
Love this supplement. I’ve been taking it for just over two years and have definitely noticed an increase is muscle and the ability to maintain it even when not working out as consistently. I also have noticed a significant improvements in energy levels.

Expensive, plus gas
Wow!! Bought last week for 125$ now list price is 75$, super expensive and causes gas. Ive read a ton on urolithic A supplements, but for the price and the gas, not going to be able to continue taking these. Maybe it’s the artificial sugars that causes bloating and gas? Either way, not buying again

4 months in, and I didn’t notice a difference
I’ve been taking these Urolithin A gummies every morning for the past 4 months (2 gummies a day), and I just finished my 4th bag. Unfortunately, I can’t say I’ve noticed any improvement. I was hoping for some boost in energy, muscle recovery, or just a general feeling of “something is working,” but for me there wasn’t any noticeable change. The gummies themselves are easy to take and taste fine, so no complaints there. But considering the price and the fact that I gave them a full 4-month trial, I expected to feel at least some benefit. Everyone’s body is different, so they may work well for others. For me, though, after 4 bags and no noticeable results, I won’t be re-ordering.
